  1. I'm sure the nice people at Unfiltered Audio are referring to "Audio Frequency". 😁
  2. It's a stereo/mono toggle. If you put it on a mono track you get a single channel version with one meter and one set of knobs. I demoed it but will not purchase. It's a very nice compressor but it's too subtle for me.
  3. Looks interesting. I'm gonna demo it.
  4. Now they are listing a refurbished C-44-USB for $79.99 on the same link that Larry posted.
  5. I finally got the Opticom XLA-3 for $9.99 🙂

Done! Thanks mibby. I like PSP's clean GUI also. Use "FXHOLIDAYS2021" for 15% off for a total price of USD $16.15

Hmmm... I need to demo this. Looks interesting!
  8. I hadn't updated these in a while and noticed that some of them have been converted to pace authorization. I had to go to my PSP account and get the ilok authorization numbers to enter into the ilok License Manager. I authorized on my ilok but you can do the non-hardware pace authorization too.
  9. Excellent! I'm gonna grab it. Thanks!
  10. Yes. I grabbed it when PA had it for 49 on their external sales special or whatever they call it. If you have a Mix Monolith registered in your AyaicWare account, you can get "Ceilings Of Sound Pro" for 49 directly from the AyaicWare webpage.
  11. Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor That's a good use for the 25 dollar December voucher: TOTAL $14.99 Done! I've been holding off on that one because I didn't think I needed another compressor. I got the demo version, put it on the master buss, set wet/dry mix for 50%, and used the discrete section only. Nice and smooth! This will be a good alternative to the PSP Buss Compressor that I normally use.
  12. I wanted to get the ACME Audio Opticom XLA-3 for $29.99 using my December 25 dollar voucher, but the voucher is only good for a minimum 32 dollars. The cheapest thing I can find to add is the BX_Tuner for $19.00, but that brings my out of pocket to $23.99. That's too much. There has to be a better way. I don't mind spending 10 dollars or so.
  13. Strange, Analog Orchestra shows up again so I grabbed it.
  14. You are correct. It showed up when I first went there then the second time a list of available titles without it appeared. Must have been a glitch.
  15. Yes it is. You can choose anything from the "Sound Pack Series".
  16. I'm thinking of getting the bundle upgrade. Anybody have any yeas or nays for it? Do you like it and use it, or is it a waste?
  17. I you have Equivocate in your ilok account you can get the "Elevate Mastering Bundle Upgrade" at the Eventide web site for $49 also. https://www.eventideaudio.com/upgrade/?product=Elevate Mastering Bundle
  18. B & H still has the KOMPLETE 12 ULTIMATE Update (Update from KOMPLETE 8 - 11 ULTIMATE) for $99.00 + tax + shipping. That worked out to $116.23 USD total for me. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1433077-REG/native_instruments_25787_komplete_12_ultimate.html
  19. Me too! Seems like a no-brainer for 19 dollars. But why do I need another daw?
  20. There is a free saturation plugin on that site if anyone is interested. You have to make an account and give your e-mail address to get it. Text from web page: "FREE Bad*ss Saturation Plugin — Burier 2.0 is here!" https://kitplugins.com/pages/downloads#burier
  21. Here's the commercial microphone available that was mentioned in the instructables document. https://store.lom.audio/products/elektrosluch-3?variant=4542168268832 You could probably do the same thing with a standard, single-coil, Strat pickup. "Mad Scientist" audio projects are always fun. 🤖👽👾
  22. Here's an explanation of an EMF Microphone: https://www.instructables.com/Electromagnetic-Microphone/
  23. Here's the text from the web page: Buzzy is a stereo EMF microphone made of two inductive pickups, a PVC pipe, some hockey tape, and two googly eyes. This UCS compliant sound library features 30 distinct electromagnetic field recordings, totaling over 33 minutes of high quality buzzing and humming. Great source material for sci-fi, fantasy, and anything otherworldly. Tracklist: 01. Hum Buzz Voltage Alarm Clock (0:57) 02. Hum Buzz Voltage Camera Lens (0:39) 03. 24. The person writing the review probably didn't know that you need a previous version of Ultimate to use this. I received mine today and it's all registered and good.
