Is this a harbinger of the arrival of the next generation? Expectations are high.

UA has a serious flaw in their store. They are not aware of it, and users faced with that problem are forced into a situation where they cannot resolve the issue and cannot make official purchases or upgrades. I hope new users do not get caught up in this problem.

Loyalty at UA is one of the strangest things I have seen. Lately they have been quite lenient with new customers. But their upgrade attitude towards existing customers is abysmal. This is one of those things that has been going on for years and has never been improved. And recently they have been so focused on new customers that they have lost ground on the support side. If the UA side has a problem, it can be very difficult to resolve. They don't want to go into the details of what is written. UA's products are very nice. Indeed, once you use them, you will be captivated by their quality. I had no doubts about anything until I had a problem with support.

Their marketing methods are always experimental and always confusing on the part of the user. I have seen many offers that cannot be purchased and that end instantaneously. And their support is getting worse every year. They can't even admit their own faults and only assume mistakes on the part of the user. I wish they would go back to the way they used to be when they were courteous and helpful.

Their service is the worst. They even refuse to accept payment from people they don't like in their official store.

This coupon can only be used once. If you want more than one item, it is best to use it at the right time.

I did not know such a tool existed. I am very grateful to the contributor. It seems that if you already have it installed and it is not recognized, you can reinstall it to be eligible. It was so useful that I may make an impulse purchase during a future sale.

I understand they want to set the same price for all customers. But they want an admin fee for those who purchased at $199 and not for those who purchased at $99. And they also want a $15 admin fee for those who used a voucher, so again, there is a difference in the amount paid. And with the past release intervals, the next version will not be far behind. Upgrades have gotten more expensive over the years, and in the early days, a single $39 and a bundle $49 price would have made sense to crossgrade. However, the current upgrade fee is $119 (both single and bundle). For non-$199 buyers, the crossgrade price plus the upgrade price of $119 is more than the regular price. Therefore, it may be better to purchase the next version than to force a crossgrade.
