Thanks. My memory deceiving me again. Must have been a different vendor with which I confused it.
-
I just realized that I can activate all my PA products on up to 3 computers. Didn't it use to be 2 only until recently?

Wow. Complete Bundle is 693โฌ for me. You must already own a lot of Melda plugins.

I totally feared that this would happen to me, but it didn't. Instead it sent me back to the cart to tell me that my payment method was invalid. It had Visa selected with no card details. I guess I was lucky as that gave me the opportunity to add the coupon codes.

Thank you. That worked for me ๐

I hate it when that happens. That's one of the reasons why Steve Duda doesn't do discounts/sales for Serum. He doesn't want people who paid the full price to feel bad when the price drops. I respect that. Anyhow, how is the plugin?

Impact Soundworks FLASH SALE: updated Shreddage 3 Fretless!

Thank you very much for sharing that coupon code. It's amazing. I have both free guitars from them, Stratus and Precision, but I don't get any upgrade offers -
@PavlovsCat Thank you very much for creating the list and keeping it up to date. Highly appreciated.

New Nation's website was always buggy and it didn't improve with the relaunch. The download for the samples file for Digital Dreamscape kept failing after 2GB. Some MIDI packs downloaded but were corrupted. It all works now but it took a while. The romplers don't sound too bad and I'm not mad about the loss of purchased products, since I still have all the installers on my drive. I really don't need another EQ though.

Who is they and how do you know what they already have?
-
WE don't need it because YOU have plugins that do the same? ๐ค

You can slap it onto any audio source you like. But if you mean "Does it sound good with guitars?", they have a free trial version that you can use to test if you like how it sounds. You find it at the WA Production website: https://www.waproduction.com/plugins/view/dodge-pro It's fairly intuitive. One thing you have to know though is that you won't hear any difference until the DAW's play button is pressed.

Do they often have such discounts or is it rare for that company? -

I don't care if it's good and how it sounds. With that design I will never let it come near my DAW ๐จ- 1 reply

$75 PA Voucher, Expires Tomorrow, $99 minimum spend
audioschmaudio replied to Artie Choke's topic in Deals
I think the loyalty vouchers for this month have already expired. I don't know if it's the same for the 50$ and 75$ vouchers as for the 25$ voucher, though. But for the 25$ loyalty voucher I got an email, telling me that it will expire after the 14th of June. Update: I just got a new 25$ loyalty voucher. I hope this will be the new norm, getting two 25$ vouchers per month. -

I second this. I personally currently have no use for those coupons, but I find it great and generous that people are sharing their codes. -
@PavlovsCat same here. I have the Rigid Audio Everything Bundle but don't really have a use for most of the sounds. I think their main focus are ambient sounds, drones, soundscapes and some experimental things. There are certainly people who are looking for exactly that but the majority of people who make music will want more ordinary instruments, I believe.

Yes, but they pay the fee beforehand, buying an allotment of licenses that they can sell. If they don't find enough people who are ready to pay 40$ for it, then they will have to make a decision after having reached a certain saturation: Either sit on the costs and sell no further licenses or sell the remaining licenses for less than what they had hoped people would pay. And that's the big question: Will there be enough people who would want to pay that much for it?

Tracktion Collective $10 for the next two weeks
audioschmaudio replied to ralfrobert's topic in Deals
Do you mean you regret buying it or are you just surprised to discover that you have it and don't remember buying it? -
When something is more than 90% off it's almost always the case that the "regular" price is really just an inflated price that nobody ever pays. Apart from that, I am really disappointed with the Rigid Audio Everything Bundle. I bought it even cheaper on KnobCloud just to realize that I have no use for most of those instruments. Plenty of experimental sounds inside that leave me wondering how one could possibly use them to create music with.

In my opinion this is the best list for free audio software: https://www.kvraudio.com/plugins/best-free-plugins Categorized, with ratings, and contains a ton of free software

Oh, I see. Yes, you can route it to another instrument, of course. In contrast to the many GB of sampled instruments that I already have the 1GB for Scaler 2 never seemed like a big issue to me. But then again if you're already running out of hard disk space it might become a problem.
