It's even easier than that. Right inside Analog Lab you click on "Store" and then on "Free". It will show you all free soundbanks that you can use in Analog Lab and allows you to download it directly from there. There's another cool feature that I personally only realized rather late, and I have no idea how well known this is. I can imagine that it's often overlooked: You can preview most soundbanks that you don't own by clicking on them in the store inside Analog Lab. You can use any preset that isn't marked with a lock as if you owned it, by playing MIDI files or your MIDI controller. You just can't save the preset.

I don't have Soothe 2, so I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about and just hope that the people I quote know what they're talking about. There's a TikToker who claimed that "Vastaus" by WaveGrove was a free alternative. And then there's an article on Gearnews (it's in German) that said Baby Audio's Smooth Operator was somewhat comparable to Soothe 2 but more limited in its capabilities and therefore cheaper.

They're known for MIDI packs and romplers. They did have a fiasco when they relaunched their website. As @MusicMan said, all accounts were gone and with them all purchases. But the software doesn't have any authorisation system, so if you've kept the installers or vst files, you can still use the software.

I'm confused. Orchestrator is part of Orchestra. You can also buy it as an individual product. But it requires Orchestra to run. So where's the point in buying it individually?

On their YouTube channel they show the suggested settings for using their voices in rap mode. See the video below, starting at 1 minute, 23 seconds. They say that though Synthesizer V now has rap mode, they haven't made any changes to their database to optimize their singers for that mode. So, to get the best results they suggest making some manual adjustments. For Solaria, they recommend using higher values for "Solid" in vocal mode and for Asterian a high value for "Strained" or "Rough". For Solaria you should use a note range from G3 to F4, for Asterian from B2 to F3. You probably already know how to switch to rap mode, but in case you don't: You select all the notes that should use rap mode, then in the note properties tab you have the pitch mode. Here you select "rap" and all notes turn from green to pink to show that they now use rap mode.

Where can I sign up for that? I don't see that option anywhere.

I can change the pitch mode for Solaria from singing to rap though.
