  1. https://www.jrrshop.com/psp-e27 $22.68 with code GROUP. All time low as far as I know.
  2. +1 I have yet to really try them, but I already noticed they are the most CPU hungry plugins of their type that I own. By FAR. Pretty disappointing considering PM's track record of being quite low on CPU.
  3. - Pulsar 1178: classic FET sound with a twist, the twist being added saturation of different types - Empirical Labs Arousor (low CPU) or UAD Distressor (high CPU): emulations of a modern classic. Can be more aggressive than the 1178 (or 1176 for that matter) - P11 Abyss can do anything you could ever want out of a compressor, including SMACK on the highest PSI setting. But you're very much not going to like the price point. - DMG Audio TrackComp 2 in 76 or 160 modes: top of the line 1176 and dbx160 emulations. - Aberrant DSP Shapeshifter: honourable mention. Smack with a twist. Definitely not a goto, but can be a secret weapon. edit: let me add UAD dbx160. Incredibly low on CPU and there likely isn't a more "iconic" click/pop transient sound, at least not for kick and snare.
  4. 305 is underrated and can be used as a plate replacement or even a lo-fi-ish general purpose reverb if you need that kind of flavour. It’s in the same vein as Klanghelm TENS, which has replaced the 305 for me. 140 is one of the weaker plate reverbs on the market IMO. Bought it on release and sold it soon after.
  5. Let me guess, $99 upgrade price? 😂😂😂
  6. Damn, couldn't resist AMC for $20.
  7. People on VI-C are layering sampled pianos with the resonance engine from Pianoteq: https://vi-control.net/community/threads/adding-pianoteq-resonance-to-sampled-pianos.145427/ I have yet to try it myself, but it sounds really good and makes me excited to waste a lot of time trying it on every one of those 217 piano libraries I own.
  8. For me, it keeps trying to install the iLok helper software but fails every time so I can't actually use Softube Central anymore. WTF.
  9. Congrats, you probably bought a $20 mic for $229.
  10. Good thing I don’t even remotely need either of those things. And neither do you, probably, you filthy addicts.
  11. I find for most preset packs about 20% of them are actually usable or inspiring to me while for the Unfinished stuff I own it’s more like 60%. So yeah, this guy is the best of the best. Ridiculous bargain.
  12. OMG I need that migration feature in Studio One.
  13. You didn't ask me, I think, but since it pretty much never goes on sale I assume so. Checking this site it seems to be a new low actually: https://musicsoftwaredeals.com/price-history/superior-drummer-3-by-toontrack/
  14. How are you using Unify with the Seaboard? Is that even MPE?
  15. Please PM me if you have a Forever 29 code to sell.
  16. Thanks, I absolutely do not need Atoms then.
