I activated Sudio One 4.6 on 26 Apr 2020. It says Apr2019 on the products page. How that got posted is beyond me. It should show on their end when I activated it. Really starting to feel a little buyers remorse

How long does it take for Studio One support to respond? Still nothing from them

This all would be much easier if I didn't have pnemonia. Half way through the antibotics but still feeling pretty bad. Doc wanted to stick me in the hospital but I told her my Daugher was bring my new Grandson to see me the next day from a long way off. As it turns out she changed her mind when she found out I was sick. then I found out I only own 2 books then all this started!

I see why they're not responding. On MYPersonus , the date on Studio One Artist 4 is 26 Apr 2019. THAT IS WRONG I purchased it 26 Apr 2020 I told them that in the beginning anyone have any ideas where to go from here?

The date on the Studio One 4 Pro says 18 Nov 2019 so it's over the 90 day thing

I haven’t heard from support in a couple of days. Not after they sent “ just hit the redeem button “ message

I’ve checked them both but it’s a green upgrade button on them When I click them it asks for a product key

I sure will be glad when that redeem button shows up. I can’t complain I don’t have Studio One 5 Professional till then
