I am a Cubase user. Still running 10 pro. It has a lot of features that I rarely even use. At this point in my music making journey, I am debating looking into Reaper.

whenever i watch those guys, i am always happy and amazed at the same time. amazed that there are so many people out there who have so much more gear than me. and happy that i don't have as much gear as them as i am always trying to not accumulate more junk in my home that will ultimately wind up in a pile of dead electronics one day.

It looks like i need to re-download the SE 3 content from the Cubase box in download manager. I was downloading the content from the Halion Sonic box. Duhh..

yup. thats what i used to clean up. now need to re-install. i will keep working on it.

i did a few times. what is happening is i now keep getting "audio sounds is missing". what happened was i installed the Halion 3 content. then removed it and re-installed Halion SE 3. I will try again.

Does anyone know how to re-install all the Sonic SE 3 libraries? On mine, I think it screwed them up.

not really. keyboardists use guitar pedals. IIRC, the old Line6 pod was used extensively for drum distortion. i am sure someone might be able to think of an innovative use of a tonex amp cab capture for another instrument.

I just need to be mobile and a little more control of the tone. I dont care about rigs as I really dont have anything amazing to capture. its all just beat up old gear.

post your thoughts when you have more time. i am still on the fence. i think what i want to know is, is this the kind of thing where i can download a premium capture onto the TX pedal. then go to a session and just use that pedal and not have to deal with software. also, can i use mutifx box in front on it. my the chain would be something like gtr -> multifx --> tx pedal --> console or audio interface
