    midi? audio?

I don't think it matters where you put it, as long as you can tell the 'Define' button where to look for it.
  2. If the bass is MIDI, try copying the bass line and pasting it into the drum track. That would have lined it all up. I think. Shoot, if it's audio, drag it to the timeline to generate MIDI, then copy/paste that into the drum track. I know this isn't answering your question, I just thought it would be easier than entering MIDI notes or audio samples by hand.
  3. Cassette? Or reel-to-reel? You should be able to do it whatever the medium. Lots of posts here about slowing or speeding up music.
  4. Maybe they're using the same channels? If they use the same synth (which it would seem to be since you were using 1 instrument before) and the same channel, the sound wound be the same patch. At least in the old days it would be.
  5. Aw, she has your eyes nose body? Congratulations!
  6. Perchance is your Cakewalk out of date? If it needs renewing, you won't be able to save in CbB, so possibly can't save to Bandlab, too. Naw, I doubt that both of you are expired, ?‍♂️
  7. Couldn't a weapon also be considered a tool?

    Mixdown Pan Is Off

Can you bypass the mixer to check it? Outboard synths straight to the audio interface.
  9. Set up a template with all your ins and outs already set. Either track template or project template.
  10. All I can suggest is to note your bounce settings when a track renders correctly and ensure that you use those settings for all bounces of the same type. Confirm both the MIDI track and soft synth tracks are both selected before bounce.
  11. "Thanks for adding me to the forum." ?
  12. Bouncing the drums to another MIDI track? Or to an audio track from a soft synth?
  13. I've been watching a few episodes of 'My Life as a Rolling Stone' on cable. I'm astounded by how lucid Keith Richards is.
  14. Make sure the sampling rate and bit depth are the same for Cakewalk and your microphone.
  15. Remember, don't transpose the drum tracks. ?
