Don’t forget one thing : what doesn’t work for you may work fo others - perhaps your issues are mostly system specific ?. I’ve had very few issues with CbB (and those i had were mostly user error), it is stable, very usable and thoroughly recommendable. But thats just my POV. YMMV but not mine. I paid for Sonar before it became CbB and i’ll do it again, no problem when Sonar comes out. YMMV

@msmcleod I checked and RipX (or its vst name RipLink) is vst3 only. So I guess no, it won't work with 8.5 J

It works as a dll in CbB for sure. I can try if in Splat for you,. If your installation of 8.5 is 64bit then it “should”work…….. J

Try closing ALL browsers then open CbB and use the Help menu to sign in.

I got v6. something a few months ago. Got a free update to v7 last week. its a great piece of kit. J

I used one of these websites once for Office. It stopped working after 2 years and on contacting MS they told me the serial was pirated. Hmmm. YMMV, but never again. J

Try this : close all programmes completely including Bandlab and especially any browsers. Open CbB and go into the help menu, choose Sign into Bandlab/ Activate and a small window should pop up. Use that to sign into Your Bandlab account and that should activate CbB. J

Why would you want to hide them ? In my workspace they are never shown unless i click on the up arrow (bottom left corner) to bring them up/unhide them. When i’ve finished with them i hide the by clicking on theit down arrow. or you can tweak them in the console view. I may not be the the brightest spark here but am i misunderstanding something here ? J
