  1. HI Paul! Hey, thanks for listening and commenting here, I appreciate it!
  2. Thank you Treesha - I'm glad you listened and left feedback!
  3. Hiya Freddy - thank you.
  4. Smooth! Does the fretless have marks on it so you know where you are? Your intonation is very good.
  5. Thank you Tom. Appreciate your feedback.
  6. Thank you!
  7. Thanks for the ideas Jack!
  8. Glade Warrior - the 8th release form the new album, The Instrumentalist, due out in late September. Written, performed and produced by Steve Keith at Baselines Designs Studio. https://baselines.com/?p=6233
  9. Ha! I agree with all but Rod Stewart - He has a unique voice which can go a long way! (or at least it USED to be able to)
  10. Thanks Jack! Lyrics (and singing!) are the hardest part for me. Steve
  11. This is the 7th song off my upcoming album, The Instrumentalist - Last Stand https://baselines.com/?p=6230
  12. This is really good - I am enjoying it. If I had to nit pick anything, then there is something about that kick drum. It may be playing to much or maybe it's too predominant or maybe not punchy enough in headphones. I am not sure what it is. If I had to pick one it would be to simplify it. But still the song sounds great and the guitar tone is killer.
  13. I don't see a single reason why it should be rejected by YT - but I know what it is like to try and get an answer from them. So annoying. Anyway, the song sounds great and I particularly like the drums. Bass works well with them also. Nice work Nigel!
  14. Nice job Wookiee - I like that high register that comes in about a minute in to the song. I'd boost that up and maybe some sort of reverb, but it sounds good anyway. Steve
  15. Thanks Larry - for taking the time to listen and leave this comment.
  16. Hi! Thanks for listening and commenting. No probs about the crit - it is all good! The reverse footage, like the ship, was supposed to indicate entropy in reverse, the only way to actually fight entropy ? (Unless someone invents a method to make time really go backward). The other imagery was somewhat questionable, like the forest stuff, but I guess it ties in the way things grow (antlers, trees, snowflakes) and tried to pull in the whole Mandelbrot idea.
  17. Hi - thank you for listening! I remember Mannheim!
  18. Thanks Jack … I’ll take that compliment all day long! steve
  19. Thank you my friend, I appreciate your listening and commenting!
  20. Thank you Joad, I used the Session Keys (Yamaha and Steinway) instruments for the reverse tails on the piano. Steve
  21. This is the 4th song on my new LP, The Instrumentalist. It is called Fighting Entropy. (Link to just the audio included below the video) https://baselines.com/?p=6227
  22. Hi Wookiee - the song came first. Then I picked images to kind of go along with it. Thanks for listening!
