I can neither prove nor disprove it, but I have heard the Moon is made of cheese ?

hmmm, AU$, it's now at $0.55US Close enough to say I would have to pay double, Fun times, 1 good thing is I (as with a lot of us )have way more plugins than I would ever need or use, so . . .
-
Still better than the Australian $, below .60US yesterday, and I think climbed back above .60US but below .61US. I would have bought this, but it will be likely this price or better in the future when the $ is in better shape. (plus the 20% extra off for GEM owners) It will need to be something special for me to buy for a while in these times

If you brought your own razor etc, you could have a shit, shower and a shave without moving?

Fear not for the suspension of your account, or ye shall become that which ye aspire not to be. What if his fear for his own life held him back from the path before him? "The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that Good Men Do Nothing" Thrust your literary spear into the hearts of the heathen and fear not for what becomes you.

Just one question, have these latest meanderings made the previous meanderings any less incongruous ?

NI Promo - Buy an Inteface and Get Guitar Rig 5 Pro FREE

That's what I was thinking, more like a deterrent. I recently sold my GRP5 after many years of just taking up space and not being used, I fired it up prior to selling just to be sure, and yep, it was just as I remembered. -
I always install both VST2 and VST3 versions if both are available to be installed, I will always use the VST3 version (again, if one is available). This includes for all of IK's products, personally never had an issue, I know people here and at the old forums have always complained about issues with ST3 VST3, but I personally have never experienced it. Admittedly I don't use CbB and haven't use Platinum in over 4 years, but can't recall any issues when I did use it, certainly no issues using the VST3 versions of IK's products in Studio One Pro for me, just my experience, make of that what you will.

That must be a CbB/SONAR thing?, I don't use CbB and haven't used Platinum in over 4 years (and can't recall back that far), but in Studio One the presets are available via the normal method, no need for manually directing to correct folder or anything like that. All the ones I have that you list above work fine as I described, and all my other PA plugs that come with presets are the same. The individual presets are also available via the plugin browser under the plugin in question (via drop down), ie you can load say Bassdude with '6 Paula Riff English4x12' (or any other preset for that matter) pre-selected. Are you from Oz? I think that's where it originated for that usage, doesn't get used as much now days, much more so when I was younger.

It's the ducks nuts on a heavyish/hard rock type guitar track, beautiful.

Yes, that's exactly what happens.

A quick squiz through the manual and all I found was this Like I said it was quick, haven't installed yet.

I broke my dongle once, the doctor said it didn't matter what policy I had, I wouldn't be able to have kids.

Never mind, I think I was just behind you, I had to look up 'apothecary', otherwise I might have been just ahead of you.

FEB-29-A-3HF824TP use that as many times as you like, there is also another one back up a bit, but you only need 1 of the A codes and you can use it again and again. It's all good and legal and all in case you are wondering.

IK Multimedia Sunset Sound Studio Reverb NOW AVAILABLE
ensconced replied to Simeon Amburgey's topic in Deals
Never noticed the picture changing, but then I wasn't really watching the pictures that much But yes it does happen, probably a global/universal thing as it happens in Studio One and I tried it in REAPER (Last release of the v5, not bothering to upgrade or go any further with REAPER) . . . and yes it does sound very sweet doesn't it I have been demoing it since release, no choice really, it's something I just got to have, very nice indeed, all the studios, chambers, live rooms, ISO booths, plates and springs, they are all very nice.? ? ?- 31 replies

IK Multimedia Sunset Sound Studio Reverb NOW AVAILABLE
ensconced replied to Simeon Amburgey's topic in Deals
For me CPU hit is nothing to worry about, on my demo machine I only have a 4790 i7 and it's not an issue. It sounds pretty damn fine I must say, haven't really got anything negative to say about it. Oh, if you got the Jampoints, you can get it for a touch over $100 from IK ($104 or something iirc)- 31 replies

Damn, my sincerest apologies, I made a reply in jest to one of your threads, the one about the PM and posting songs. Please forgive me, very sorry, and very sorry to hear about your health issues. I have my own health issues (56 here), seemingly not as bad as yours, and I can still continue with music, although it is unlikely that I will still be above ground come years end. All the best to you sir.

Talking about OVERLOUD by any chance? I use to hate that, same amp but to get different channel you had to load another amp instead of just switching channel. Anyway doesn't bother me anymore, I just sold TH2/TH3/TH-U and all my Rig Libraries, there was always something 'off' about the 'TH's' but I kept upgrading etc, in the end they just don't sound as near as good as other options, and the Rig models were ok at first, but even they aren't really that good, there is way better sounding stuff available.

All works fine here for me with Studio One. Is the opening every plug window in session before it will work to do with CbB or in Studio One? I don't use CbB, bailed out of SONAR some 4 years ago and now only use Studio One, and have no such issue like that either.
