After @Zoposted his SSSR video I was all in. One of the few times that NOT waiting for the inevitable discount pricing was the “right” thing to do. IMHO, strike that (and I would if this stupid phone would follow orders), its NOT an option. It’s a fact. SSSR is that good! t thanks again @Zo

It’s not just a “gimmick” kind of thing? ( serious question, I’ll have a handful of “what do I pick now “ kind of picks) t -
What happened to the IK 25th Anniversary Group Buy Thread?
DeeringAmps replied to Doug Rintoul's topic in Deals
Becan IS a topic! t but yes, let’s get over to the “continued” thread and ( here it comes, you know you want it, just one more little “pregnant” pause; here it is) continue on (ah, come on, you feel better; right?) t -
My only crit there, and you worked them to “fit” brilliantly, is the harp is too wet, puts it too far back in the mix (for me). Other than that “high marks” overall ! ?’s t

Agree with all above. The tune is there. The “band” just needs to tighten up. t strip it down to the drum buss and vocals. See where you’re at. Bring everything else in one at a time. we’ve all been there ( well I have anyway) building these things one track at a time, no “interaction” between players; not as easy as it sounds. worth the extra work on this one Paul.

Another good one Fred! Very cool! t sorry ‘bout the double quote. stupid iPhone (or user?)

Given the genre, Ambient Pop, I find that rapid ping pong panned instrument a bit disconcerting. That being said ?'s. You are out of tune in the mentioned section. You could add a bit more deep verb maybe, but that's a "taste" thing... t

Impressive! ?'s t

As to Fool Who; I think that one guitar in the left can is a little lonely. You brought in some single notes. Now you're building up the backing track; OK. I would double track that rhythm guitar, pan both wide; but that might f*** it up! Everything else in working . Great vocals! ? t

What's not to like? I'll just echo what CSW said above... Especially that guitar tone... t

He means this is NOT RockaBluesaBilly! And I must agree that this is NOT my typical genre either. But that having been said, both Freddy and I agree, it "grew" on us quickly (obviously many agree). Great bass line Jack! And as Lynn said the overall mix is working. ?'s t

I buy a lot of stupid stuff (impulse buys), and as much of a Vox fan as I am. $179 for a bluetooth speaker that looks like a mini Super Beatle; I don't think so, Homey don't play dat... t ?unless I could put a little 1 watt tube amp in the head...

I think subbing the side stick for the snare in the MT Kit. Use that end of section drum roll a bit less often and change it up a bit each time you do. Just a suggestion. Share some links? t

Here, this gets us almost straight to the review... t -
David, you’ve done an excellent job here, and as stated above it’s no easy task. We tend to hear the “warts” in our work, rather than focus on the whole. So I’ll just add ?‘s up! t at the very end there you could add a little more to the “pregnant” pause before the run down... not a crit, just an observation
