SGear is the "clean" amp doing the riff and left rhy guitar. AT 5 is the rhy panned right. The center is my 50 dimed up pretty good on the clean channel. t
-
So I guess it comes down to with all the tools most of us have at hand... Here's an example with SGear, AT5, and one of my Fifty's reamped for the solo I want it, but do I need it....

@cclarry Was the Jubilee already offered, or is the $59 price point the "deal"? t
-
Oh boy... Guitar, pickup selection, signal chain, etc? please! t I don't need this, I really don't need this, I really, really don't need this...
-
Just what we need; right? t
-
Guitar, pickup selection? No pedal sims in front of the amp? Just me, but I think I hear a lot of low end that I would high pass in a mix (not a crit, most tracks I high pass). Do I hear a live Blues Breakers vibe here, oh yeah... t I need one more Marshall sim like I need a (well you get my meaning)

converting plug-ins from Cakewalk 4 & 6

As to the Pop Rock kit. IIRC, it was an EZD1 kit, default maybe? It shows up in the Product Manager as an “owned” kit. I believe that is because I purchased EZD2 as an “upgrade”. New users can buy Pop Rock. I think I have this right, so did you buy a full license? tom -

Rob, send me the cwp file , let’s see if I can route it properly. Do a “save as” “EZ Test”, delete all audio, save. Upload the cwp via a personal message. Let’s see if I can route it correctly and get you going. -

The Pop Rock Kit sounds like. Did you upgrade EZD 1 to EZD 2? If so, you should still have the Pop Rock Kit. There is a thread here where James Argo posted some EZD drum maps. Cursor down a bit, included is a multi-out cwp file as well. HTH, t -
Best (good?) HD for audio recording

I'm not sure. I've inquired a few times IF the SSD read/write limitations were an "issue" for audio drives. Never received a definitive answer. Of course, if I was doing commercial work, every session would be backed up multiple times. I had the 2TB EVO, and was doing some other "maintenance", so I pulled the old "Black" and subbed the EVO. only time will tell... t -
I did "stack" them, didn't I? Hold on! I got $25 for the Survey, now I get it!? discount went to $25 and I just assumed... (and children we all know what happens when we assume) There's a reason I have DA branded on my forehead! t it stands for dumb *****...

It worked on the SPL Transient Designer, I paid $14.99 ($39.99) with both applied. I got the impression that it works above $30 YMMV t

@Pathfinder I have to admit I'm am currently running an EVO 2TB SSD for audio in the studio rig. The Black was getting some age on it, and I had the EVO; preventative maintenance. The SSD read/write limitations would be a concern IF I was doing commercial work... did I mention backup, backup, backup? t -
Pitch correct the midi file and use it as a "guide" for the retake. True story: Covered Come Together, the melody starts on the bIII. Tune is in D, I come in on the I every time and slide it up to the bIII. Was driving me NUTS! Put an F, used an organ patch, over the top of the intro, cured the problem... t haven't played the tune in a long time, would probably hit the I on the first take am I supposed to notate minor 3rd as iii ?

@Rob Heflin Old projects, missing plugins; its always a nightmare. (Timeworks pops up every once in a while, that rattle some old memories; eh?) As to your EZDrummer issues, if you are comfortable using drum maps, you can reroute notes in the map. Save an existing map, say EZD Old, and change the output on the problem note. You can PM if you need some help... t -

I have been using Western Digital Black drives for years; never had an issue. HTH, t backup, backup, backup; redundancy is our friend... -
NO! I jumped on the 4TB QVO back in September, did a little research and canceled. My numbers are probably wrong, someone will correct me, but if I understand it right; a Pro (do I have that right?) is 1TB, the same EVO 2TB is the same drive putting to bits of data on the same spot, the QVO is 4TB puts four bits of data on the same spot. Looks like a recipe for long term problems to me. I’m sure I have over simplified this, maybe even misinterpreted; someone will set me straight. t

I didn't catch the first mix, so I can't comment as to improvement. I can say I did enjoy, so ?! t I'll add a ? for Airliner as well... Always love me some Stevie Guitar Miller -
I'll just echo the comments above. Well done, so ?'s. Really good arrangement, that gradual build; very nice. t

It appears you've wrapped your head around CbB pretty well Larry. (this old dog has learned a lot of new tricks from Mike) I'm a 3 minute rocker myself, so the ambient pop genre is a bit of stretch for me. That said, it was a good "chill" piece, and I did enjoy it. The Solstice has come and gone so here's wishing you continued success in the coming New Year! t

Never wish for things you don’t want to happen. The Seattle area is due for a dose of snow and cold. Please don’t take this wrong Doug, but I wish they’d close the border again. ? t for years I frequented Regina, then Brandon in the summertime. I love Canada, but fear I am not “man” enough to weather the winters... have many friends that were effected by the flooding.
