No, Jesse is our resident "performance artist"; a candidate, for sure, for Frank Zappa's Straight Records label. Think Capt. Beefheart, Wildman Fischer, etc. Another great piece, btw, Jerry! t
-
Yup! Jesse is a "performance" artist, he just does this (this time link to his admin account, AGAIN) to keep us all on our toes! t still LMFAO! I'm laughing with ya Jesse, not at ya...

The creative content is yours if you wrote the tune. Covers of course are owned by the songwriter. CakewalkByBandlab is a “tool”, they have no claim to your work. t

Any good amp modeling VST sounds of electric 12-string?
DeeringAmps replied to Robert Bone's topic in Instruments & Effects
Didn’t Anderton talk about this? On the old forum, so good luck finding it. @Craig Anderton maybe that will get his attention. t -
No, Jesse has linked to his admin account again. He’ll fix it. t LMFAO

??! On the DT-990's today, I'd nudge the vocal up a bit (DON'T!). You played the bass on this? We discussed Jack Cassidy in the past; no? (please take that as the huge compliment its meant to be) Your girl (is that sexist, gawd I hope not) can sing! Maybe I should have said "your bird can sing"? So good in so many ways, kudos to ya Nigel... Where does one buy this Constantly Disappointed Toleration? I think its time for some "shameless" self promotion here! Forgot to mention how cool that breakdown at 2:05 is! On the computer speakers now, IIWUTM, I’d nudge the vocal a bit. (don't) t IIWUTM; If It Were Up To Me

Offline auth ended with X3; didn't it? I know I have several versions of the VST's and VSTi's that offline auth. But the latest versions, downloaded from the CCC, all auth online, IIRC. I'd be more than happy ? to be corrected! t

One of the greatest songwriting teams of all time! Call it your own my brother! Remember Papa said "Great artists Steal!" A week without Freddy is like a week without sunshine... and BTW, the little "t" works for me, we have another Tom (emeraldsoul) and we don't won't to get the masses confused. ? t

Timing Issue with Cakewalk and Arturia B3 v2
DeeringAmps replied to bgewin's topic in Instruments & Effects
What interface, which drivers? Archive the track or do you mean “freeze” the track? tom -
Actually it is from the EZMIX pack. The 15 watter. It’s “quick and easy” and light on CPU. It was the first time I had plugged that guitar in, amazingly enough. One I built, a twenty year project actually; too long a story. Take care my brother, thanks for chiming in! t

Normally I would never post something so incomplete, but I'm looking for a little collaboration. WARNING: No spit, no polish, this thing is rough as a cob! This is an afternoon's work, of roughly cobbled together performances, looped to sketch out the tune. I think the title reveals the content, so if you're not a fan, you are at least forewarned... JOEMENTUM Bjorn's suggested lyrics are included in the track below: Hope we were "close" enough Bjorn! JOEMENTUM-Bjorn's Alt Track t

CbB works like a "charm" and will continue to do so until BandLab chooses to no longer support it. Enjoy the Ride! I, like most, tried the many other options available; some did not come back, their choice. I use CbB, and only CbB, some use it and 1 or even multiple other DAWS; good for them. As far as the many VST and VSTi from Cakewalk (the company); use them, enjoy them. Be thankful that for the time being you can log into the CCC and download, install and authorize. I'd "freeze" any VSTi tracks to make sure I have it if something should change. Again I would say, Enjoy the Ride! t

A week, where's Freddy? You Ok brother? t

If this isn't what FZ intended for his Straight label, I'm not a child of the 60's! I know this may sound crazy, but I want you to lick my decals off baby! (Thank you Captain) Lucille, Jesse and David; you have messed up my mind... (in a good way!) t As always a FAN my brothers

Flashback! Yikes, something has "crept" out of a fat cell or sumpin". Well done, thumbs my man! Some tasty guitar for sure. Lovin' that Latin grooove, and the horns. Tres kool... t Wow! Guess I didn't hit "Submit Reply" yesterday...
-
I get the Rush. Well done Dan, thumbs up for sure! Well played by both of you, give Jimmy a nod for me. I think Neil is smiling... t
-
I'm listening right now (to Gary Clark Jr). Mark's cover is pretty strong! t

Hey John, no flash photography here please; witness protection! ? t Also, Tommy is reserved for my sisters, even my wife calls me Tom... ?

You’re raising my GAS level Zo! Well done, thumbs up ?. t Zo’s not an IKM schill, is he? I kid, I kid! ?

Oh man, I'm so lovin' this. So good on so many levels. You have nailed it! Bama Coast, now this. What more can I say? I am a Fan! t Clearly you mean the first cover you've posted?

Another fine bass line on this one John. Love Ballads are tough, and I credit you for taking it on. But man, the bar is high. Colour My World, I'm taking a risk here, not a favorite (here come the flames). But I can see the parallel and you've nailed that. Maybe I'm just "projecting" here, ballads; I avoid 'em at all costs, so take it with a grain of salt. Overall, well done and "props" for putting it on the line (I don't have the courage). Do keep them coming! All the best, t and just to be honest here: Ann Wilson is the undisputed Queen of rock, Unchained Melody, she didn't nail it. I'm so doomed! ?
-
Some tasty guitar licks to be sure. Maybe you could discuss your choice of amps and cabs? Modo bass, interesting... Just a slight crit on the drums (SD3 and EZD2 here as well), I love some "beater click" to give that kick some definition, but you might have it just a tad overdone, or not. Overall , thumbs up John. t Old Timer, you're not mocking me? I kid, I kid!! We've reviewed I still don't know; right? MODO on that one too?

Here is the link to the Trilian Map and some instructions for using it. The Toon maps are pretty widely available (try google), if you come up empty, send a PM, I'll try to get a few at the same link. t

IF I was IK, I'd be working pretty hard behind the scenes to kept cc happy; no? t yes I know not supposed to YELL

You don't think that what's at work here is for SD3 to work properly, they had to abandon SD2? SD3 is a very powerful piece of kit, I like it, I'm sorry if TT left you hanging, but its not like SD2 quit working. Just sayin'... t
