Are these links "personalized"?

But even free, would I ever use it any more than all the rest I have? The "real" problem here, because it was "free", I/we (who ya callin' "we") feel it has no real value. THL business 101, never let the public feel your work/products have no value... Just sayin' Then there's: "If they don't leave with a little tear in their eye I haven't charged them enough" Kenny (can't recall his last name, damn this old age is killin' me...) wise words though.

Link fixed, yours linked back to this thread... t -
More great stuff Peter! Big ?'s from me. t How fast are you burning through G strings on that acoustic? I've had 'em separate into little "blocks" of windings between changes.
-
Always enjoy your work Fred, a big ?'s from me. t I actually checked out the Creative Commons link, interesting...

I've been trying to tame the Jam Origin Midi Guitar, without a doubt the PRV is your friend. Cool groove on this one! ? t the landscape looks a bit more Utah-New Mexico to me ?
-
Really liking the groove on this one John. ?'s t btw, welcome back

I'm going with a ?. How much compression is on the overheads, that cymbal in the left can seems a bit squished. Not a "crit" really, just a question. t little "loose" at the end, but a common rock thing; again not a crit...

I'm "dog paddling" as fast as I can.... ? t is it too late to sneak this on the "great" 28 album?

Really felt the emotion in your performance; well done! The verb on the track really pulled the whole mix together; another well done! ?'s t IF you were looking for suggestions, I'd say raise the vocal a couple of db. But that's probably just my tired ears talkin'; pay no attention, I never do...
-
Well done Gary! ?'s t I must say Bing's a tough act to follow, not sure (actually I am sure, if I'm honest with myself) I'd have the cajones to tackle this one... ?
-
Actually, I pulled the trigger. t @cclarrythis doesn’t count as a BF or CM purchase; right? ?

Certainly not "easy listening", but indeed as stated above a very easy listen. Definitely Kirby, but a little more laid back. I've suggested more high pass on the acoustic before? (pretty sure; right?) Only bring it up because I think the Guild is sitting nicely in this one. ?'s you never fail to deliver... t

The simple answer is no. Any plug-in would be after the “clip”. Use an analog compressor to control the level, or set the gain low enough to avoid the clipping. Two schools of thought in the modern age. With 24 bits of headroom, and the low self noise of modern hardware, most just set the gain low enough to avoid clipping. Being of a certain age, I prefer to compress on the way in. Take your choice. tom

Enigma - Searching for Someone to Mix this Project
DeeringAmps replied to James Thomas's topic in Songs
James, there was a member awhile back, who had posted some mix work he had done. I believe he was looking for projects. You'll have to search back a ways. I did a quick look and didn't find it. Sorry I don't remember his name or the bands, strikes me there were two at least. tom -
I think perhaps you spoiled us with the 28 days Jesse, most of those tunes had some verse chorus structure. But as Zappa said, you hang your art on the wall; there's plenty of critics who will let you know if its any good. Cacophonicly yours, t oh, I almost forgot the ?

I think the ping pong on the Wulri was making them dizzy! I'm beyond that now, back in my chair and going with a ?'s Wooks. t

Our 'ol Pal Dog House Riley? He's been on the forum a bit. t

One is the VST2 and one is the VST3 instance? Insert both and check, exclude the one you don’t want. tom My bad, I see duplicates in the drop down when I insert effects, caused by having both the VST2 and VST3 enabled. On the phone, I didn't see that you were having issues with a VSTi... sorry guys!

More autobiography Barry? The bridge have a little Dire Straits vibe, anyone? I like it Barry, well written, well performed; as always... t my guess is you'll fuss with the mix a bit more, no specific suggestions here.

Ditto! brilliantly stated t
