Where in the project does the count in start? Did he set his DAW to the same BPM? Bounce the 4 tracks to one wav file. (for convince), now slide that track til it syncs up. If your project starts at measure 1 you might have to trim the wav. Worst case scenario, tempo got corrupted in the transfers. If that’s the case; You’re Screwed. HTH t

If you just play back his four tracks what do you get? Do they “sync” up to each other? t

Maybe its just my ears, but I feel like the eq on the master isn't right; maybe a bit more "air" on top and some gentle broad cut 1k-2k maybe? or lower? The rhythm guitar seems to dominate and live in its own space. I'd try and tie it all together a bit more. Just my nickel98, take it with a grain of salt.... tom

add me to that list, but having listened to alot of Hidden's work, I wasn't that surprised ? As always, top shelf! t and what kind of a first name is Hidden? ?

A good call there! I'll echo all the above... t

Not sure I'm "hearing" it. So did you use the front or back of the mic? Inquiring minds want to know ? ? t tell Randy well done

I bought an inkjet printer cheap. But man the ink costs are killing me! Just keeping it real ... t and yes I own (never use) it, mixbus I mean

Wave or mp3 on the 4 tracks? Recorded in CbB? When exporting an mp3 it shifts a bit and if brought back into CbB you have to line it up. t

me too neither; and I know my way around a Les Paul pretty well, so don't feel bad. But that doesn't detract from the track. Well done Wooks, and thanks for the Legacy of Rock and EZB demo... t oh, and I would be remiss if I didn't add; "a baby's arm holding an apple"

In this tune the CCR, Green River IIRC, you often add a little somethin... t One my favorites is BB quoting Heart Break Hotel, pretty sure its the Live In Japan album, I can't recall the tune. there are 3 sure signs of old age, the first is forgetfulness ah, uh, um, I can't quite recall the other two............ ?

It’s said that Pete Townsend’s demos were scary good. Lots of this feels more like the White Album demos. With just a bit of “production”, and I mean like “Get up off your knees”, not “slick” production; there’s an album here. Well done Jesse, take a break and catch your breath; you deserve it! ?’s and then some. t

Friday Night Interlude (Jus Me U and the Widescreen)

I’m agreeing with Mark on this. Lots of groove. t -

I’ll echo the above. t

As always top notch performance, production, and the video; a bit creepy (and I mean that respectively!) I was thinking perfect sound track piece, intro, rolling under the credits. But really it’s just a great video short! Stands on its own two feet. ?’s t

Great guitar tones, well executed! But I’m with Paulo, I’d end it a 4:33. ? t

Lots of that going around! More good songwriting. I would much prefer live bass and drums; trouble is sobriety, punctually; you get the picture (I bet you think I’m talking bout the drummer and bassist!). I like the “quotes “ Barry. ? t

Another margarita please, what the hey make it a double; I’m not going anywhere. Wooks is right, solo guitar is a bit out there. Easy to fix. tom

I’m in the car (minivan really), I think the bass is masking the kick a bit. Really like the call and response with the vocal and guitar. ? Bjorn is right, turn up the vocal! tom

Real late 60's, early 70's vibe (guitar wise CCR comes to mind immediately) here for me; so big ?'s there! Without a doubt I think we all are "all in". You've mixed and updated and updated again, and often times its "lather, rinse, repeat" till we get it right. I don't think I'm alone in wanting a bit more vocal, but its your tune, your production. Excellent songwriting and performances! t let it sit and simmer for awhile, then come back and see if a few tweaks to the mix feel "right" to you. It can certainly stand on its own two feet just as it is...

Kind of an upbeat "poppy" soundtrack to depressing subject matter; a sign of the times, that... your demo is fine musically, but are we? t

Happy to see you've avoided that pothole. ? @jamesg1213; tasty solo that! t "Button Tight" ending to be sure

This is the "album" cut, of course the "single" would be edited for length. I love cliches, maybe I is (Ed still is Am) one.... ? t
