I don't know them but they look super-shady to me. Like when you look at their preset page: https://www.composerloops.com/catalog/music-presets-35 102,000 Serum presets or 165,000 Massive presets for $12?! Seriously? ?

Oh yes, Venus Theory has such a great voice. It's scary what's possible with AI voices. Criminals use it sometimes to make fake calls, pretending to be someone's child in need of money that they should transfer. I've seen some fun examples on TikTok where they've made Frank Sinatra sing modern songs or rap lyrics in his style. It sounds so real. You can find them on the TikTok account "@breakstuffpod".

Mntra Introducing MIRAGE: Dhrupad Vocals + 1800s Church Bass for FREE

Cool. Thanks ? -
I've never seen Kirchhoff EQ anywhere near $50 yet, but did manage to get it for 38€ by buying a "Forever 29" voucher on Knobcloud. Currently two such vouchers are being sold there again, for €40 each.

Everything is a waste of money if you don't use it. ? I have Wavesynth too, I think it doesn't sound too bad. Got Lofi Keys, Wavesynth Glow and Minipol for free. Not a fan of Minipol, but Lofi Keys sounds quite nice. -

It's crazy with New Nation. Their relaunch didn't go as expected at all. They anounced their new website but on the expected launch day it wasn't available. And it took days or even weeks until the new website was live. The loss of accounts probably wasn't planned but a result of incompetence on the side of the web developers. I'm not too mad about it because non of the software that I have from them requires me to activate it through my account. I can still use it all. And of course no trouble with all the MIDI and samples that I have from them. I got so much stuff for free from New Nation because some of the sample packs that they sold from Brandon Chapa, Studio Trap and others only cost $10 and if you wrote a review you got a $10 voucher without minimum spend, so that way you could get a lot of free stuff. Then they once had a $420 voucher! For free. To celebrate 420 day. I tell you, they're crazy. With all the stuff they gave away for free it's no wonder that Studio Trap et al left their shop. Then the bundles come with a $25 voucher, the bundles themselves cost around that much. Usually you can't use vouchers on bundles but on certain days you could. So again, get a bundle for free which has another $25 voucher, use that to get another bundle for free and receive another $25 voucher and so on. Also, most of their coupon codes were easy to guess once you knew a few of them. I almost had all of their stuff and only paid 69€ for 104 MIDI/sample packs and 26 plugins (mostly romplers). I start to wonder if it's the end for them. I noticed that all the MIDI packs that came out after the relaunch don't have the quality that the old ones had. And they haven't released anything new for a while now. -
Do they ever have sales on the upgrades for their Virtual Guitars? I have Iron 1 but am hesitant to pay nearly 50€ for an upgrade to the new version. I don't know, is it really that much better?

I have a colleague who has Halion. He is totally unaffected by GAS. He says he has everything he needs with Halion. I don't have a clue what Halion actually is and what it can do though.

I just checked the current freebies that they have at Beat magazine. Here they are (you can choose one): So, if you think about getting the Zampler bundles, consider getting a Beat subscription instead. You'll not only get a cool magazine, but also all Zampler expansions, tons of GB of samples, and one of those great gifts of your choice. The Beat subscription for a year costs 89,80 € and is thereby more expensive than a Zampler bundle at APD, of course, but almost the same price as two bundles. (Link to subscription: https://www.falkemedia-shop.de/sound/beat/dauerbezug/jahresbezug?#premiums) Oh yes, I forgot to mention: Every month Beat magazine also has a nice freebie for its readers. Some better, some worse. Some of the full versions that I got from Beat magazine are D16 Nepheton, Waves Codex, Lifeline Expanse Lite, lots of stuff from IK Multimedia (a few Syntronik synths, Orchestral Percussion).

I got ALL Zampler expansions with a Beat subscription. I don't know exactly how many I have but it must be over 130. The subscription doesn't just give me the printed issues and access to the downloads for those issues but I can download all back issues as well as the samples, workshop files, software and Zampler expansions for all issues. Plus, you can choose a great freebie with your subscription. I don't know what the current freebies are, but they've already had Shreddage Hydra and Phase Plant. Zampler is great, by the way. It was developed by Synapse Audio, the people behind Dune 3. The expansions are all of varying quality and quantity. Some have rather experimental sounds, some very usable, some have many, some less.

Btw. I just found out that Synths DX has already been free a few years ago and for $3 a few months ago. So it's not even their best deal on that. -

Oh, wow, that's really bad. I've never heard of a company do that. Almost sounds illegal to me. Like, how are we supposed to know which coupons we may use and which we may not? If they have coupons that are only meant for certain people, they should program it in such a way that the coupon codes are personalized and only work with their accounts. -
Any update on this? I can imagine that it's KONTAKT, because KONTAKT crashes my DAW a lot.

Btw. you can find coupons for their shop on couponbirds.com. Some are even stackable. -
https://karanyisounds.com/shop-on-sale/ Up to 70% off according to their banner, but some are even reduced more, like Synths DX for $5 instead of $39. I have no idea how long their sale lasts.

Really impressive. It sounds so real.

Thanks. Yes well, I guess it's not for me then. I'm actually middle-aged. I'm 50. Just into more modern music.

I got Retromania at the intro price. I think it was $15. It's not bad, if you don't mind that it's a Rompler. All the presets are usable, very genre-typical sounds for Retrowave/Synthwave. There's also a free Lite version with less presets: https://www.audiolatry.com/retromania-lite/ YouTube demo of the full version: https://youtu.be/Bfuhl1DFRs4?si=YdvplMXOlo26SP7I

It's one of the many products that I got with Total Studio 3.5 MAX. I didn't pay it much attention because that type of instrument sounds so old school to me, like it's got this 70ies TV quiz show background music vibe, I can't imagine it in a modern production. What kind of genres does one use it for? I see it's very popular here, so I guess I underestimated it's potential.

Initial Audio ⚡️ 808 Studio 2: ($29.99 @ Plugin Alliance - 48Hr Deal)
audioschmaudio replied to MusicMan's topic in Deals
Aren't they all a little early to celebrate 808 day? ? ADSR has plenty of 808-related offers: https://www.adsrsounds.com/software-developer/limited-time-bundle/ Like this little gem from Black Octopus, if you like buying sample packs: https://www.adsrsounds.com/product/presets/black-octopus-bundle-808-day-8-packs-for-8/ 8 packs for just €8.65. Probably among the cheapest items you can buy on ADSR to get the freebie.
