Yeah, it's getting harder to know what products to trust. And big corporations and big pharma seem to control govt food safety agencies, so they are fine with us putting preservatives & synthetic substances in our bodies. And when it inevitably makes us unhealthy, big pharma can sell us more synthetic crap to put in our bodies. Btw, I've been suffering with severe neuropathy for a few years and I've recently changed from standard vitimans to quality, active form vitimans(with no gluten, silica or other fillers) and the diff in the way they make me feel is huge. I wish I wouldve switched years ago. I wont cheap out on vitamins again.
