I will never reveal my oder status. You would know it if you were in the same room.

I’ll put in another one for a total of six if the answer is “yes”.

Fleer, how does adaptiverb stack up to FF ProR2? I didn’t trial them at the same time but I do remember Adaptiverb taking up more CPU resources than what I see with ProR2 today.

If they would pull all the Abbey and Studio Drummer gear into one drum suite, I’d keep it around. It’s all recorded at Teldan, I believe, so mixing kit pieces, stacking, etc. could be super useful, and they do sound really good. But no, I’ve kept Studio Dummer around but that’s it for drums.

I kinda get what they were going for which is probably why I’m kinda not gonna buy it.

Wait a minute...I WOULD HAVE guessed 24 freebies if this new challenge was a possibility. Jacques, you must start over.

(not a deal) AmpliTube 5.1 update available

Case in point: Neural DSP is looking back at plugins prior to Gojira and Henson to optimize the code. Who knows when that will actually happen but there's an ocean of difference (and about two years) between Plini and Gojira in the CPU consumption dept. -

Since I first whined about this I've done a lot of component swapping and, as you'd expect, time-based plugins (reverb, delay) can cause a noticeable spike in CPU consumption. What surprised me is how all of my favorite amps (mostly the newer models like VH4) absolutely chew through the CPU. Bad news for me because the tones are specific to those amps as well as the quality coming through in the new models. -
Their plug-ins are some of the best values around. They don’t go on sale and don’t offer them as bundles but every one of them is worth the asking price IMHO.

The only CPU heavy-ish of the lot is the SSL reverb; the others just nibble at the edge of your CPU, barely making a dent. be sure to download the 360 software if you want to run SSL channel strip across your tracks and view all of them like an SSL board!

This is the deal. Just trialed this and if it weren’t for just picking up the Fabfilter FX bundle I’d be all over this. Probably will anyway. It’s the most feature-packed EQ I’ve run across and a pleasure to fine-tune individual bands. Like other SSL plugs at these sale prices, it’s a no brainer.

I’ve picked some but I have The King’s words echoing in my ear: “wait ‘til the end to make yer picks.”

Thanks, everyone, for the comments. I don't know how to roll back but I'll try anything at this point. In the mean time, I'm replacing with THU until I can resolve this. -
We’re gonna need that cricket VST….

Good luck, Larry. I hope you leave Kentucky better than you found it. That is, I hope all goes well!

My Logitech wireless keyboard doesn't have the PrntScrn function key so I can't take a pic unless you can suggest a free screen grab tool (not just browser capture). Took a couple of pics. On one hand, Amplitube is spiking in the mid 20's where it used to stay around 7-8 on my system. On the other hand, I reinstalled Softube Amproom and it's playing very nicely in the resource pit. Used to hit high teens but it's now behaving to the point that I can used it on 6-7 individual tracks. And THU, well, it just sips at the well no matter what. -
