Ok. I thought it might phone home because it also asks for the email address and takes a few seconds to finish. Also, you get four activations as by the EULA. How do they check this? The manual does not give conclusive information. I just activated the de-esser yesterday, and it at least feels like an online process. I am very happy to be wrong, however.

I think TB plugins phone home for authorization. Or don't they?

The legacy plugins are free now. A bit old fashioned, but still excellent DSP. Get them here: https://www.toneboosters.com/support.html

It seems they don't need the server any more.

Thanks. T-Racks is a good piece of software, and I am looking forward to an update.
-
Is there anything you can say about the arrival date of T-Racks 6?

What do you think? Is this stuff worth the cost?

If you look at the second hand market, you can find bundles for less.

APD Deal: Rigid Audio Everything Bundle - 97% Off!

My impression is that the Rigid Audio deal is worth the money they are asking. And after half a day of looking around on the music software market, everyone should know which games are being played. -

You could contact support and share the information you get from them. It will not hurt to ask. -
And I had some problems with their authorization. Only worked from USB stick. I don't know if they have fixed this yet. And it may only have been on my computer. The problem is documented in their FAQ, and you can demo their software.

Yes, too much at the moment.

It seems this was some kind of error fare.

It did for me 10 minutes ago.

Not only the verbs. Stealth Limiter is a good one, too, and so is Black 76 ... And many others. What turns me off is the neverending drama, the product shopification, installation sizes. Paying for the downloads again not so much. Transfer policy a bit more. Everyone has to decide for themselves.

The OTS group buy is different in that you don't have to buy the libraries at the end. And the products are top notch.

Is it good? After reading this thread, I bought Ambition. I needed an additional pad machine anyway, and this one seems to be a bit of a secret tip. Tried it for an hour, and it has a lot to give.
-
You are right. One reason may be that freebies do no longer work. At least the new ones. And 100 bucks are 100 bucks in the end. I, for example, don't have any leftover cash for products that are non transferable in the end. Guess they have to adjust their model to keep it successful.

Still one of the good ones.

Overloud Go TH-U Premium. 45% OFF Lifetime license
ralfrobert replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
And to be honest, I was very surprised when they started adding new stuff to my account. Didn't have this on my radar. The only other investment in guitar stuff was Ownhammer IRs ... and half a dozen Audio Assault cheapos. -

I've never seen this. Kuassa gives you all future releases when you have bought into A360. As I am no guitarist, but have some folks with a guitar over from time to time, Kuassa was my choice. Pay once, keeps on giving. And I am constantly hearing good things about what A360 does.
