Okay. So what makes @JT music's opinion any more proper than @Fleer's?  Why is  Ambition and Revelation not super or really good? It would be more helpful if JTMusic explained why he only likes Collision FX.

    Yes, I agree
He said that Collision FX is the best product, but would be interesting to know his points of view to have other opinion/experience

    - Confirm that you have selected the html code in the image

    - Right click in the code selected and select "Delete Element"

    - And... all yours

I trialed it a while back and didn't buy it. Can't remember anything about it. The videos make it sound like "just another synth". I like the old Elka organs. Is this "just another synth"?

You added an important point here that is a little bit out of topic, but I am agree
Are the demos we hear or see in the marketing videos made exclusively with the synthesizer they are selling us?

    Sometimes yes, but mostly no

Sample Logic refused to offer me TX1. I told them that the purchase of TX1 and TX2 were inseparable and if they refused to provide one, I would cancel the entire purchase.

SampleLogic insisted that the TX1 and TX2 purchases were individual transactions.

As a point of settlement between SAMLPELOGIC not wanting to offer two products for $60 and me not wanting to pay $60 for one product, I suggested they cancel the order and refund me the full amount, which they refused to do.

When I disputed on PayPal, the other party repeated the same claim. Then PayPal support came to my rescue. PayPal support understood that I was right and said that SampleLogic should refund me $30 for the unusable virtual instrument. They also said they would negotiate with them on my behalf.
    ?

In my case, I paid $40 because I was not happy with the situation created, but each type of situation is different.

    your case is different

    @Niky Serrano

    "Hi guys,

Apologies for the confusion our system has caused. Full cards on the table, here's what's happening. Firstly, you must be logged in to see any further upgrade discount that you are entitled to. Otherwise the site will display the general £74.99 (exVAT) sale price, you'll be asked to log in for the checkout page anyway where you should see the correct price for you if upgrading. Please don't submit payment details if you've not seen the price you think you're entitled too.

Some customers are logged in for their first visit, they see the discount, and are logged out for a second visit. This may explain the apparent increase in price. To be clear the site pricing structure has never changed and it'll run til 31st July. There's also a chance that browser caches are remembering the higher price if you've been logged out at any stage.

Here's the complication: Our website cannot apply the discount if your upgrading licence is second hand or NFR. This is when you need to contact support (that's me) and I'll sort you out with the discount that Lamont Cranston referenced a few posts earlier. To further complicate the situation there are two upgrade prices, depending on which older or smaller versions of the series you have. So add these two situations together, it means users with an NFR M-tron Pro and full licence of M-Tron are seeing the wrong discount.

In the end, I do really like personal customer interaction, so get in touch via Tech Support or the contact us form and I'll arrange the right upgrade price for you."

    Thank you!

It has sense with my experience

I did reply and said they could delete it from my account, as it was more of a curiosity "purchase".

I have read the email that you shared and I understand the situation and yes... BRAVO for them

In my case, I have to test it and after that, if it likes me, I would contact with them to purchase it for $40, and in other case, let them delete from my account too as you said
