    @Peter - IK Multimedia please, take this scenario into account to speak internally

    Customers who have paid for the library in the past (like me), cannot see the promotion to re-purchase the product. I understand that we cannot re-purchase the product again to receive a new serial, but it would be nice, to have the possibility of reactivating it with the promotion, and being able to download and install it again

    I don't understand the penalty to customers of this product. It does not make any sense

    You can download the sounds during a limited time of days. You have 90 days at the moment.

    After these days, you have to reactivate or purchase the product again to be able to download it again.

    Imagine that you purchase a new computer or that your hard disk is broken and you need replace it. If you are not in the limited time window and you didn't keep the installation package or you have lost... you will have to reactivate or re-purchase again

    The amount of money to buy back is low, but it is an abuse. If you purchased a product, the normal is that you could download it always (forever)

    For me, "this" is one of the worst actions that a company could do. IKM does this, and a lot of people think that is normal, but is an abuse itself

    From my point of view, is the worst customer experience I have seen

    I purchased this product in the past, I can not download it, and I can not get it now as free

    Take care when you try to get the iZotope RX 10 Elements with more than one account

    I have a KVR account and I registered my account for the giveaway
    A friend of mine, registered other email in KVR but using my computer

    KVR has determinated an abuse from my/our side registering for the giveaway two accounts with the same IP, and they rejected the license for both, so I haven't received the license due this

    From my point of view, I consider this action as an extreme decision

    I am sharing this to inform you that KVR is taking some extreme actions with the requests that they are receiving
