This could be just the way I am used to listening. When I play your track through the Avantones the bass sounds good. Maybe its just the volume of the bass? This is a good trick if no one knows about it-. I'm questioning my room tuning now!! ?

Very nice... Loved the horns and guitar We all paint different pictures... I would like a warmer sound on the bass and a little more prominent.,,, butthen again it comes in more around 2.17 as you go up the register.

Did well here jack. Loved the panning at the beginning on the twinkle.. caught my ear and made me concentrate. Somehow was very eastern orientated (yoga based) ? As Lynn also commented on.. you put quite a bit of thought into this one. we all paint very different pictures.. the strings I found grinding.. and harsh.. maybe a little verb?

But so many people taught us over the years so many different things? I mention it out of respect for others! Going to church doesn't make you a Christian as going to Mc Donalds makes you a hamburger!! I can make an noise like and aeroplane ... but it doesn't make me an aeroplan?

Hopefully soon they will be making a systemwide version for the vsx. I have a very expensive set of monitors in my studio.... and they would be redundant when the vsx plugin is released. seriously... these things are that good!

Lots of things going on in this piece, and you carved a lot of spaces in this. I couldn't do that with all those frequencies so close together.. good skills. I listened to the vocal.. very nice. I always listen to the song first... then watch the video after. When watching the video... then gave the song another dimension.

It coming along well. We all paint different pictures ... but to my ears the high end... is very high end and sharp. I listen on my Focal Trios and the beryllium really enhance that.

I really dont worry about it. I would be chuft if someone nicked one of my songs and turned it into a big hit! ? years ago we used to send our songs to ourselves by registered post and would never open the envolope. This way it was proven when they song was written etc. If someone came after that date and said they had wrote it... you could prove with the unopened letter. Today we do have the interent to a certain exstent!

Thanks for taking the time to comment. Yes... been calling out to me for years. ? I recently formed a new Blues Band called "Gary & The Norwegians" ? and we where working on my songs.. but covid has shut us down for a while. There are a few talented Christian musicians on here and it would be good to get some stuff done. I have tried writing secular music... just cant no matter how I try lol.

I had some music in mind... but have ussed it mostly as a Rap between some songs.
