Yes. I read that and can see they have been replaced. So if you still have yours ... get them replaced. It was a fauulty plastic on the mouldings and a few other things. I myself have bought them not for the headphone copies but for the "real room" experience. After reading through 144 paged thread on GearSlutz (and you know what they are like) form some the long standing members praising them was attractive to me.

I think so too... the kick seems more pronounced and tight and I thought I could hear it in the toms and more shine. That bass is so funky!!! Yeh!

Would be good to read the lyrics as some of them are hidden to my old ears by distortion. I've gone through a lot of your tracks just now on soundcloud so it sounds like to me your distortion is intentional. ??

I have mixcubes... but struggle to stay with them. I will try and do a full mix on them soon. Your snare really bites on the cubes,, but the total mix sounds great on them. That bass is really going for it!!
