She mentions playing in one of Rhys Chatham's performances, which is something I did about 10 years ago, here in the SF Bay Area. 100 electric guitars all playing at once. We players were assigned to 4 sections, A-D, with each section made up of 25 players. Somehow I drew A-1, so I was up in front right next to Rhys himself. Such a great group of people, one of the peak moments in my life. I'm pleased to see that Future Music is still around; they carried my pedals for a while just before I imploded.
