antler Posted December 31, 2022 Share Posted December 31, 2022 Also note that Frozen Plain have started moving to their own Mirage platform/player - these do not require Kontakt. That said, I don't think they're identical. Phoenix Kontakt allows up to six sound sources/layers to play simultaneously, whereas the Mirage engine appears to only allow three. I could be wrong on that though, as I don't have any Mirage libraries.
