I'm not launched yet, and I will put info here when I do. I'm taking some good advice from another YouTuber, which is to finish four videos before you put the first one up. The idea is to try to keep to a one video a week schedule, so it's good to start out ahead. In the past I used to do a video and then think about what I would do next (which usually involved weeks of research). Now I have 20 video ideas in a spreadsheet. I'm thinking about all of them, and moving the order around. For example, I didn't feel I had really thought through my script for the second video, so I did the third video before that..
