  1. Hi Swaminathan S, I am just taking a guess, but are your audio files in .wav format? Kind regards, tecknot
  2. Hi sadicus, I would cut each end at zero crossings and reapply clips. Kind regards, tecknot
  3. Hi Sheeeawn, You must have Input Echo on (on track 3) to enable sound in real time (as opposed to playback of MIDI info.). Kind regards, tecknot
  4. Hi Sheeeawn and welcome to the Cakewalk forums, It seems that you have to set the input of the electric piano track to your MIDI keyboard. Kind regards, tecknot

    No reading automations

Hi PInP and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Since you didn't mention it, do you have Automation Read on as indicated (circled in red) in the picture below? Kind regards, tecknot
  6. Hi gsmith, I am using Windows 10 1909 with a 8th gen CPU (i7-8750H) and the latest CbB version. Kind regards, tecknot
  7. Hi gsmith, Vertical scrolling with mouse wheel is working here. Wish I can make a video but I don't have the software for it. Kind regards, tecknot
  8. I see, thanks again Will. I did notice that the Smart Tool is disabled when pressing "Z", but as I continue to zoom in the snap value increases up to one sample. It also decreases as I zoom out. That seems like a potential problem depending on your workflow. If Snap just turned off (which it doesn't on my machine) then that wouldn't be a big problem. Kind regards, tecknot
  9. Well, now that you are back... Is there a short cut to return from the dual zoom?
  10. Hi Will, Sure you were, when you stated you were done with Cakewalk. Thanks for the tip. I checked the keyboard short cuts and the manual, but I didn't see this. Kind regards, tecknot
  11. Hi Steve, Your link above opens up this same thread. Was that intentional? Kind regards, tecknot
  12. I Will and welcome back. Yes! How did you do that? Kind regards, tecknot
  13. I would like the ability to zoom in both horizontally and vertically at the same time (like zooming in the Staff View). If there is a trick to it and I am missing it, please enlighten me. If you would like this feature in CbB, then please leave a comment or react to this post. Kind regards, tecknot
  14. Hi DallasSteve, I guess it depends on your system's resources. If you are taxing your PC hard then freezing may let off some demands, which is the purpose of freezing. So, you may or may not need to freeze any tracks. Kind regards, tecknot
  15. Hi sjoens, Seems Ben (or someone at Cakewalk) changed the graphic. For what reason I can only guess. Which design do you prefer? I am sure it can be changed in the Theme Editor. Kind regards, tecknot P.S. disregard if my response is just stupid irrelevant.
  16. Hi Ricky, Is it possible that you saved your layout in a different directory (other than, C:\Users\computer's name\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\Plug-in Menu Layouts)? Kind regards, tecknot
  17. Hi Onegin and welcome to the Cakewalk forums. Have you tried raising your buffer setting to 512? Kind regards, tecknot
  18. Hi Robert, Can you post a picture of the Track View? It seems that you merely have to activate Input Echo when recording, but you may already have that activated. Kind regards, tecknot
  19. Bye, Will. It was nice knowing you. Kind regards, tecknot
  20. According to Steve: The TTS1 in 64-bit SONAR is 64-bit. I guess that means that the version in SONAR 8.5 is 64-bit. My apologies for the misinformation. Kind regards, tecknot
  21. Hi Annabelle, It seems that all you need to do is enable Input Echo. Although, without a screenshot it's hard to tell what is missing. Also, TTS1 is 32-bit only. There is no 64-bit version. Kind regards, tecknot
  22. Hi Ricky, Yes, it is F5. Kind regards, tecknot
  23. Hey Colin, I tried the Tungsten theme and it showed complete archive button. I then switched back to Mercury and all was fine. Thanks for the suggestions. Kind regards, tecknot
