Thanks @PavlovsCat .. as it happened I spotted the Kirk Hunter APD email over weekend and jumped for that @ $29.

Nothing wrong with that spec for Audio, ticks all the boxes. However you would still need a decent USB Audio Interface with that. For about $99 I would suggest the AUDIENT EVO 4, got one a few months back, best buy I have done in a good while, no regrets: https://evo.audio/products/evo-4/overview/

Fixed, I think. I went to AUDIENT site and found driver update. Installed/Updated .. seems to have solved!! Interesting the issue only arose in CW and not Reason or Ableton ( with the older driver ) AND it only happened when I updated CW earlier to this latest update Still randomly acting up in ASIO. An option for me .. downgrade to last version .. is that possible?

Just installed this update. I have an AUDIENT EVO 4 interface - recently bought. Up to now no issues, but when I now open CW the Audio Engine fails ( 0 error ) and i hear a clicking noise + windows pops up on the system tray over bottom right telling me CW is trying to use the Microphone. If I switch from ASIO to WASAPI ( Evo 4 ) the issue sorts itself. I also tried the Evo 4 ASIO in Ableton 10 and Reason 11 - all fine, works no problem

I reckon the 2D tools in blender with the Grease Pencil etc still would not be near whats a well established 2D program like Moho. Moho is very good, however its not getting much love via Smith Micro in the dev end of things. Still used across the 2D pro industry though I notice some studios switching away to Harmony/Toonboom etc

I have been using MOHO for ages, back to the days of Lost Marble. However I have MOHO v12 pro and TBH the upgrade price wven with the offer today is still steep for what extra you get tween 12 and 13 .. in my opinion

@cclarry Yip thats the case for alot of the other apps like Acid, Soundforge etc BUT NOT Where Samplitude X3 Suite ( or any other samplitude download ) is concerned. All the Download links dont work, take you to support. So you need to email - infoservice@magix.net - and ask them to resolve. I did this and they emailed me a personal ISO link ( 6.9GB ). Only downside its extremely slow. I asked why the download links were not working anymore and the rep said they are in process of taking them off that page and will be coming up with a more customer friendly process

I think all this is from the perspective of NOT having any presonus software already installed on ones System. I bought Studio 1 back in 2017 middle of all the CW meltdown, never really used it .. so not installed in ages. I thought these plugs were just standalone and free but it seems not.
