CAL scripts are obsolete and they are not developed anymore i think in futrure they will make better option for this than CAL script.

Yes but we all together need Help Bakers to track all these bugs and they can fix it i know. We all can make this DAW Best of all.Many bugs fixed already and i know also Audio snap problems will be fixed. About CAL scripts they are obsolette and Cakewalk don't work with CAL scripting anymo0re.

Agree about Audio Snap it should be fixed. I know all these things will be fixed if Bakers informed about this. This DAW will become best DAW

Yes but with mouse all things are done more precise. I prefer mouse because i tried FL Studio mobile and i didn't like it. I like do things more precise with mouse. Touchscreen is good for DAW control for example.

Totally agree about that in studio one its half baked and looks like incomplete Many expierenced people here and we all can discuss together about features and figure them out with better flexibility

Its only shortcut of sends and visual representation of status of channels with which sends made.Its nothing special. Imagine it as list of sends and list items can checked and unchecked.When check item or channel name then send made

Yes and testing also is hard. Its beauty of OOP Of reusable objects if all tested and works well why write module again if input and expected output is same : ) I think rewriting code what is tested and works well is regression instead of progress.Sometimes some refactoring of code but its code optimization not writing it again. If big code base build it can be wasted hours of hard work to writing code from scratch again.

Cakewalk is so easy and very good look at video how easy to build chords and fast in Cakewalk. Absolutely best DAW

Totally agree about code. C++ exists also long time and never gets old : ) I think article author doesn't have any programming background. Also agree about why reinvent wheel and rewrite existing code : )

Yes but i would love for example i insert note witrh pencil toll and holding alt and when i release and pressing shift i can move and resize note : )

I need behaviour like in video i showed when i take pencil tool and pressing alt key i can insert and move note but when i release mouse i cant resize and move note without switching to move tool or smart tool. My idea was when i press shift key or something like that i can move and resize note with pencil tool

I can say Cakewalk is better than many DAWS there. I used Fl studio. CUbase, Studio One. I like Cakewalk and information in article there isn't true, i think people prefer paid products but Cakewalk is better than many paid products. I see Cakewalk in future as best DAW of all. I was obsessed with Studio one but i started to use Cakewalk and i like it and i don't need Studio one anymore.

Freehand tool+ shift key move note in PRV or resizes note when from note egde. Because i can draw note and move with Freehand tool+alt but when i release mouse i need to switch to smart tool to move note what I inserted. Would be very cool to holding shift key with pencil freehand tool to possibility to move note like with move tool

Pencil+alt key behaviour with smart tool by pressing some key? For example if i press alt with smart Tool i can draw note with one clock and cut by pressing samrt tool+ctrl+alt i can draw notes but i need to get behaviour like with pencil tool+alt key behaviour with Smart tool

Realtime track filter like in cubase would be more powerful when type in search for example piano and all tracks only showing with piano in name

Would be cool also Shared audio clips where i made some editing in one shared copy then editing changes also applies on other shared copies. Maybe already its possible?

Nested folders good idea in organization. Maybe is even some better method than nested folders?
