  1. If you followed the transfer steps at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=44 then you shouldn't have an issue but of course you are supposed to remove your installations of our software as per the EULA at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/legal This is true for nearly every company out there and that's why it was mentioned that you should remove software you have sold and transferred. You should have been contacted by our Support Manager as I had relayed your ticket information when you sent it to me. Sorry if my assistance was "illogical" but the assistance from the support team/manager should have been spot on and should follow our transfer policy as stated in the FAQ and the EULA posted just above.
  2. You're not being rude at all but if you are updating then our installers absolutely should already be doing this. If you are running into an issue where you're not seeing this then please alert IK Support and they can take a look.
  3. Great to hear! Also hope it is running well for you. I know it won't run amazingly on a toaster (or as the kids say "a potato computer") but it also takes a fraction of the calculations required for the tape machines' utterly astounding complexity under the hood. It's definitely at least a happy medium on average machines and a huge difference on anything even remotely deemed "modern". Now if the industry would reopen the use of GPU for native plugins as a more widely-accepted use case I could run tape machines on my RTX 2080 card... OK that went off topic but really T-RackS Sunset Sound Studio Reverb is not a beast on CPU but does require some computation and does include analog modeling of the preamps so there's that.
  4. Depends on your system, of course, but people are reporting low to very low CPU usage. Much lower than the tape machines, for example. Edit - of course you can try it on your setup and check out the resource usage (and how great it sounds) by demoing it right from Custom Shop
  5. This also adds resizing and undo/redo for all. All plugins are installed (and was based on user feedback) in order to allow easiest demoing and offline authorization. Sometimes I don't notice this because I use collections in Cubase (I know, blasphemy here!) to manage my plugins and because I have all of the T-RackS processors, too, I suppose. AmpliTube also has presets using gear that you may not have so you can demo it quickly and easily. Not everybody can craft guitar tone from the ground up and enjoy having presets to use as a starting point and/or to try the gear.
  6. Not sure what happened there, typically you'll get a message that it is out of date but yes you do indeed need to download the newest version of T-RackS to have access to the newest single processors etc. We have a new Overview video also:
  7. Did you download T-RackS 5.3 from your IK User Area? It should include the proper Custom Shop version too. You must always download and install the latest version to be able to try the new gear.
  8. Yes! The official release date is February 20th but since we wanted it available in areas of the world where it was already February 20th, us gringos lucked out
  9. Note that those who have MODO BASS still get the $50 off MODO DRUM coupon... And it works on the crossgrade promotional price.
  10. I don't have specific information but I've definitely relayed requests for brushes to the team.
  11. We ❤️ MODO and you should too! From February 14th to March 2nd, take up to 70% off of IK's physical modeling virtual instruments, MODO DRUM and MODO BASS. MODO BASS is the first technology of its kind that models the entire process of playing bass. We get it, sometimes you just can’t hire a bass player, and some virtual instruments out there can leave you flat and uninspired. In these times, you can always turn to MODO BASS to give you the exact sound you are looking for without compromise. MODO BASS isn’t a sample-based instrument, but rather a completely new technology where sound is generated by recreating the physical properties of a real instrument — everything that makes an instrument create sound is physically modeled and sound is synthesized in real time. MODO BASS $/€299.99 $/€99.99 MODO BASS (boxed) $/€329.99 $/€99.99 MODO BASS Crossgrade $/€199.99 $/€99.99 MODO BASS Crossgrade (boxed) $/€229.99 $/€99.99 Using a powerful combination of modal synthesis and advanced sampling, MODO DRUM gives you the most deeply customizable virtual drum kits ever. Each drum’s acoustic behavior is determined by its physical parameters: dimensions, materials, skin, and more, as well by modeling the play style, the interaction of the drum head with the body, the sympathetic vibration of the drums with each other and the acoustic interaction with the room. It’s never been easier to bring life to your drum tracks - and by extension your music overall. 12. 13 tubas, eh? Perchance to dream! Some "affordable" versions are great go-to guitars for sure. My LP Studio was less than a grand from Gruhn Guitars in Nashville so it was definitely low-tier for them but it is a great player that I use all the time. Every time I get it set up the shopkeeper tells me he gets multiple offers from people looking to purchase it. He also knows I would kill him if he even came close to selling it. I'm also more a fan of the lower-end affordable PRS models, for whatever reason. I guess I just get on with those a lot more than the absurdly expensive models.

  17. It can't be 11 for legal reasons. What did I just say??? THAT'S more like it. I thought it was that the rhythm was gonna get you, if you grew up in the 80s. I know what is planned for the next group buy.. .But I can't tell you, I'm sure there will be some guesses beforehand though.
  18. Sorry, for others reading: your question was related to a transfer and making a request related to that question and the PM was not directly about this product, and I don't want to sound harsh but we do mention what is required to happen after you transfer software to someone else clearly in our EULA. I'll answer now in the PM.
  19. My mantra is something like "you've got enough to have multiple guitars in each room except kitchens & bathrooms so don't buy more" And then I buy more. Though I still held out on this one.
  20. Since there is some confusion elsewhere I wanted to be clear that not only did we use the Sunset consoles during the creation process of T-RackS Sunset Sound Studio Reverb but they are also modeled and are under the hood in the actual plugin too. The audio demos are also well-received, here are some of the drums. I love that chamber! Pop Drums Dry Pop Drums Chamber 3 Pop Drums Live Room Studio 2
