  1. I was quoting that part of the current group buy about retaining your free products because it should work this same way in each group buy we've had. SampleTron does not open $299.99 freebies because it is $249.99 (and also you'd qualify for the crossgrade so for you it would be $199.99 and would unlock that level - 199.99 or lower - of choices.
  2. 1. As stated, T-RackS 5 MAX is not part of this group buy. But also, UNO Drum is 249.99 MSRP so it should be opening that level. 2. You qualify for AmpliTube 5 Upgrade from any 99.99+ product. Same with other crossgrade options. CE/SE versions are completely separate versions so if you have the option for the full/crossgrade you should go for that version of a product as you'd get more.
  3. No need because you have the option to change the installation location during the install process. So not ridiculous at all AmpliTube 5 requires about 3GB disk space max. Also, see above as you do have the option to change the installation location during the installation process. Also, IK Support can handle any crashing issues you are having. As far as resources are concerned, on even a fairly modest machine people have been able to get multiple instances running in fairly complex projects so I'm sure the team can assist there too to see what's happening for you.
  4. $/€ Please see the 25th Anniversary Group Buy page which states: We just added over 30 items that you shouldn't have unless you own AmpliTube MAX (4 or 5) and the X-GEAR virtual pedals at $/€149.99/each. There were 100+ items including anything that was not in Total Studio 3 MAX like the Cinekinetik and Electromagnetik insruments, SampleTron 2, etc. You sure you have almost everything that's in the list?
  5. They have been available in Custom Shop since September 9th and have not been taken off at any time since then. They were also added to the group buy for people who bought in at 149.99 or higher. Anybody who experiences something different than those conditions can consult IK Support as that is atypical.
  6. AmpliTube 5 These were announced and added October 5th. Anybody in at 149.99 or above will seem them in their free choices. These are the virtual versions of the X-GEAR pedals that run inside AmpliTube 5.
  7. The hardware X-GEAR pedals are not going to be added. There should also be no need for specific SKUs as the hardware products are listed on the group buy page. There should only be one version of each available at any dealer, and the product should be new not b-stock/return/refurb/etc that some dealers offer on their own.
  8. Our devs aren't lazy and we test on some pretty low-spec machines as well. I understand being frustrated but that shouldn't lead to conjecture and insulting developers. Edit - and increased load times on some machines might be why it sounds better (like our tape machines) I'm secretly Canadian.
  9. Be careful, Leia was a senator and Yoda was on the Jedi Council.... Thanks, George Lucas.
  10. And we actually have slowed down but I'm sure it's not because of one active thread. Didn't help, though. Thanks, Futurama.
  11. AmpliTube 5.2 loads up quickly on my M1 Mac and Window 10 machines. I don't use Studio One so I can't test that but it seems to be working overall. @Marc Cormier - in your case raising a tech support ticket is going to be the best route. Sorry you are having trouble.
  12. If you are in the area you can get some free drinks, I'm fine with that too
  13. I could be Daddy Warbucks but I only give out software, not free MIDI controllers.
  14. I thought that would be a 4- or 8-finger discount in your case, Rowlf:
  15. Don't give me any ideas mwahahaha 😈
  16. At first I thought you were being facetious and I was going to say you'll never see that free MIDI controller and then I remembered I had already told you that

  18. I did, works well and I certainly prefer one program open vs two.

  20. Once you qualify for crossgrades, that is the pricing you will see in your free choices. So if you bought UNO Synth, you'd qualify for the crossgrade prices on AmpliTube 5 and SampleTank 4.
  21. No problem. I love the Nu-Tron III so I can't believe I missed that, or the mics. There's A LOT of gear in those charts though, in my defense 😇
  22. Yes, I found those yesterday and they were added this morning after the IT/web team verified, added, and tested. Enjoy! UNO Synth MSRP is $/€199.99 so you'd qualify at that level with UNO Synth. Correct, that should also be stated in the email that is received (the "Restore My Purchases" part) since I noticed it wasn't there. Thanks for the compliments about the X-GEAR pedals!
