  1. Funny, I think of a .73 as thick. Been using .60 since forever.
  2. All the writing at the bottom of their (and my) post. The drivers in your computer for the audio device, etc.
  3. No problem, and I learned something new, too. 😊
  4. I am certainly no expert on plug-ins; I rarely use any. If you believe the advertising, the VST3s are "better". You can probably find and compare their specs somewhere on the internet. Use what works.
  5. Right, it's not 'freezing'. I don't think you can freeze a folder. I have never (maybe when I was a newbie and didn't know anything) had the volume levels of multiple tracks change when bounced down to a single track, when compared to the Master bus output, which is the Source of my bounce.
  6. You can 'Bounce to Tracks' which will render all those tracks to 1.
  7. A new leader in the "Oldest Revived Post" competetion.
  8. Here you go. You're welcome. MIDI.mid
  9. I believe most if not all VSTs that have both versions include both versions when you download them. Check your Cakewalk Plug-in Manager. Or Preferences>VST Settings>uncheck 'Hide Related VST 2 Plug-ins'.
  10. I believe 'Insert>Time/Measures' will move everything the selected amount on every track at once.
  11. Try Normalizing. First, make a copy of the tracks for archiving, in case it's not what you like and you hit save. Then experiment with the different Normalize settings. Process>Apply Effect>Normalize.
  12. Welcome to the forum. The pads on the drum synth (presumably Studio Instrument Drums) are for auditioning the sounds, not for playing or recording. The synth depends on MIDI notes in a MIDI track to make noise. You can click in the notes with your mouse in either the Staff view or Piano Roll View (PRV), or record the MIDI live from a keyboard or drum machine. Cakewalk by Bandlab (CbB) includes an on-screen keyboard to record the notes. I've never used it so have no idea how it works. I'm sure there's something about it in the Help files. So, you need a MIDI track with its output set to the synth. You need the synth, which will create audio from the MIDI notes and output it to an audio track. You need to Arm the MIDI track, then click the Record button. Start recording. Good luck!
  13. You'll have to check the keyboard's manual. Look for how to turn off "Local" sounds. On my Yamaha, there's a dial that I can use to select local on or off.
  14. Must be a Country song.
  15. It looks like you will need to make a template. It seems to be project-specific, so once you disable the settings, they remain disabled. I opened several New projects using CbB's stock templates, and it was always On. I haven't done that since I made my templates. 😉
  16. So, does it or does it not? Are you saying in Cakewalk by Bandlab (CbB) that there is nothing listed in Preferences (P) for MIDI inputs? How about outputs? How are you inserting the Neo Piano? Welcome to the forum and good luck.

    Not able to record audio

I'm not sure what this means. You record audio from an input into your sound card/audio interface. You may be able to record a track to another track with a plug-in affecting the audio. If you intend to use the RealTek, you must have something plugged into either the microphone input or the line input for a choice to be available. If nothing is plugged in, no choice. You may already know this, but it bears repeating. Welcome to the forum.
  18. Just (re)discovered that trying some things. 😶 Process>Apply MIDI Effect works with the Cakewalk arpeggiator, the only one I have to try.
  19. Wouldn't that make you a good comedian? 😉
