I just bought the Design bundle for 170 € from someone on KnobCloud. I have a suspicion that when new major versions arrive I won't be on the list of people who get an upgrade offer. They say this about the upgrade pricing for the ZAP bundle: I have asked Zynaptiq for clarification about this, let's see what they say.

So... With a click of a button this tool does all the creative thinking for you when you want to compose create churn out music? I don't mean to sound dismissive or elitist, but from purely watching the videos this seems to take all the fun out of composing music. Like a step closer to having an AI compose the music for you.

Simply because you wouldn't be seen on the front page, or was there some other reason? My understanding is that Bandcamp isn't intended to be a platform that does your promotion for you but instead helps you showcase and distribute your music. In that light front page visibility seems trivial, to be honest.

The article on the Verge is short, so I have quoted it here in its entirety for your convenience: I have to admit that -- excluding some single purchases here and there -- I have never used Bandcamp that much. But now that there is some uncertainty about its future, I somehow feel more inclined to see what it might have to offer.

What kind of upgrade policy Zynaptiq has? Some of these plugins are pretty old, and while they are no doubt still useful I'm concerned that if I buy one now they will release a new major version and charge a ridiculous amount for the upgrade.

Also, if I have understood correctly, the Musio instruments are based on the Cinesamples instruments, they are not exactly the same. Musio instruments have (currently) only one mic position and at least in some cases less articulations. The Musio player is supposed to be easier to use then Kontakt, but offers less control and options. I wonder what I was doing in May because I have no recollection of the lifetime deal. I would've probably jumped on that.

Can someone in the EU who purchased this confirm that there is no VAT added to the price? According to Cinesamples there is no VAT charged for Musio because it's a SaaS product, but I have my doubts.

I may have a different issue, but I haven't received ANY marketing email from Plugin Alliance for over a year, voucher emails included. I have contacted their support several times and they have no idea why the emails don't arrive. I have tried to re-subscribe to their newsletter, but I never get any confirmation email either. I suspect it has something to do with my Gmail address and their mail server settings. At some point they acknowledged the problem and said they were investigating it, but after that the messages have been more in the spirit of "you're the problem, stop bothering us". But yeah, no vouchers for me, either. I haven't asked if I'm even eligible at this point, since no vouchers = no purchases.

The code is still valid so I went ahead and bought three expansions. 50% off is not a particularly good discount in general, but the expansion packs are $50 everywhere elsewhere so I thought this was a good deal. I think 50% off is as good as it gets on Tracktion Marketplace. I almost didn't buy anything because their website kept kicking me out and throwing errors about invalid remote address, whatever that means. I can't remember the last time I struggled this much to give someone money.

I, for one, mostly regret not getting something for cheap rather than not getting it at all. I have all the plugins and VIs I need to create great sounding music. Still waiting for that killer deal on talent.

I feel like an outsider watching you all get so excited about these plugins. I'm looking at the list and can't see a single one I'm interested in. Are they all either hardware emulations or versions made specifically for UA hardware?

I miss everything except the Mini and the individual products total $253. So the bundle is cheaper but not by much in my book.

With the current prices that's only $96 total. I dislike bundles that are not cheaper than buying the products individually.

What kind of prices are you getting for the complete bundle? I have Cube Mini and my price is $209 + VAT. Last April people were reporting that the full bundle was only $99: Am I missing something here or have they added $100 worth of content since last April?
