What's the lowest price Amplifikation 360 has been? I have never seen a reasonable price for it.

Visiting this forum is like gambling, because it's easy to do and it randomly rewards you for it. And sometimes those rewards are big. Add to that those times when you missed out on a really good deal because you didn't visit this forum during that one hour window when some glitch was active, and you have a pretty big incentive to hit that refresh button every chance you get. I think you need to ask yourself two questions: Is there something more important I'm doing less because I'm always here? Should I be spending this money on something else?

But they are increasing the likelihood of future sales.

I get this same error, and I think it's caused by the libraries that have been packaged with the app (in the _internal folder). Out of curiosity, I tried generating a preset using a cello VI and the result didn't resemble a cello in any way.

I just spent way too much time reading about the MIDI support in VST3 and plugin formats in general, and I stand corrected. It looks like what Steinberg is saying is technically true, but they are simply obfuscating the real issues and MIDI support as a whole is pretty bad/complicated in VST3. It's as if they thought MIDI just isn't important. A really strange decision.

I don't think this is true. I did a bit of googling, and there are multiple statements from Steinberg which can be summarized to: So if program changes do not work with a VST3 version of a plugin, that is because the plugin developer didn't follow the VST3 spec.

I've been listening to some demos of DF2. Not very impressed so far, so I'll probably skip it. I think DF1 is good value for $40 but I wouldn't pay more much more for it, though I'm happy to have it in my arsenal. Bonus points for giving the option to disable the post-processing (EQ and compression). I like percussion libraries, so I don't mind if the ones I own overlap with each other, but if you already have the basics covered I'm not sure if this will give you anything you already don't have. If I recall correctly, when calculating the price they subtract 70% of what you have actually spent on the plugins in that bundle. So if you buy the Mixing Bundle, the price of the Complete Bundle should be €1049 - (€324 * 0.7) = €822. You would then spend €1146 in total for the Complete Bundle. Please someone check my math.

What is this "Signature Piano" you speak of? Do you mean Signature Grand by Simple Sam Samples?

In v2 the crop tool doesn't forget its settings anymore (if you use a different tool or photo between cropping). I do a lot of cropping, so that fix alone is enough for me to upgrade, now that the price is more reasonable.
