  1. NIce job Wookiee. That low synth sound is reminiscent of ELP's early work on Moog and those keyboard runs up and down are nice.
  2. Nice job on this. The vocals are surreal.
  3. Very peaceful. A good piano sound. What do you use?
  4. Thanks Jesse, appreciate the feedback. I wrote this when I was in Germany and always associated it with a European type feel, but you are correct, it is California as well. Steve
  5. Cakewalk used to include Amp Sim for guitar. I don’t know whether the current version still includes it or not.
  6. Here's another from the upcoming album, The Instrumentalist. https://baselines.com/?p=6355 (For those who don't like videos, just the audio is available here)
  7. This is great. I played in a rock band with a violinist who is now very well known in certain classical circles. This reminds me of her, but I think the technique is even better here.
  8. I love this type of stuff, you did a really nice job. I wish I could make my videos as smooth.
  9. Very good - nice timing with everything - I'm a sucker for anything that approaches Mandelbrot and Fibonacci, which I think this leans toward.
  10. Sign me up to those who would like it on some other platform than Spotify!
  11. Good work - I like the use of delay.
  12. Very cool David. Love the twists and turns. I can almost hear the bow rasping a little. Probably my imagination, but it sounds great.
  13. Great train of thought, loved it. 'I am the cause of everything' - sometimes I just have to take the blame just to keep things quiet, but my brain is screaming...it wasn't me. Classic.
  14. Try AOMEI Backupper and Partition Magic (if needed). Has always worked flawlessly and they had a perpetual license when I bought several years ago. Great tech support and a straightforward piece of software.
  15. I've used the Rode NT1000 for years. Not sure what the real pro engineers say about that, but I have always been more than happy with it. Now if I could only sing. I put it through a Behringer ADA8200. Steve
  16. Thank you for listening. In the video, I tried to make the upbeat music fit in. Although one could argue that driving around in a nice car on a beautiful day is in itself an addiction 🙂
  17. Hi Larry, thank you. You are absolutely right. I started with a canned drum beat that was right on the money. Steve
  18. Released on the new album the Instrumentalist. https://baselines.com/?p=6350
  19. Yes! That was the inspiration I needed to add it back in again. I will make that change - Thank you!
  20. Hi Jim thanks for listening. It’s funny, I thought about that. I actually did a video of a previous version where the teletype was at the beginning.
  21. Nice work Rex - you have a smooth voice.
  22. Pretty much nothing can beat the joy a dog can give you unconditionally. Nice song!
