Yeah, but it is a PA/Brainworx product. IMO PA amps suck, full stop. (Chandler and Bassdude have some redeeming grace) I gave all mine away. I don't like Celestion cabs at all, have a heap of them, never use them. I only use amp sims with 3rd party IR's (Redwirez and Ownhammer) and this new thing here sounded way better than the mega's did, which to me is not saying much, but each to their own, ymmv etc etc

Don't know about going on sale, but there is a 'frequency' discount that is applied to purchases at some point along your journey (can't recall. it may kick in after your first purchase) it's not a huge discount, but it is welcome none the less, if memory serves me correct if you purchased a pack that cost $29, you would get $7 or $8 off, something like that. So far I own them all, for me Redwirez and Ownhammer are all I need, and sound the best.

You do need the PreSonus Hub thingy to use their plugins in other DAW's though I believe (I think its free), and you would require Fat Channel XT to begin with before you can get the extra EQ's and Comps. I only use Studio One, I got the whole Fat Channel collection, they are all very good quality plugs. Personally I haven't bothered downloading and installing the Hub thingy, going to stay away from it as long as possible, hope it doesn't become necessary, I don't need to use any of the PreSonus plugins in another DAW because I only use Studio One so I haven't needed it thus far.

It's far better than the PA stuff, Megasingle etc, but still, it's not for me.

You should be able yo fix that, just do a google search for vcruntime140.dll, you'll get heaps of results, look at the Microsoft site one (and others, but be ware), it's likely you just need to update some runtime file/files. Good Luck

Well tried the demo, it works . . . nothing really special or worth the price, the mixing and exporting of IR's can be had elsewhere, like mixIR2/3, I think Libra might do that as well?, I know I have tried another that does it, but there may be others. The install does a couple of annoying things, nothing showstopping, but annoying to me anyway. CPU, fairly high compared to others, 1 instance of mixIR2 or 3 or Recabinet5 show 0% in Studio One, falRmageddon shows 6%. Does what it says on the box, and a little more, not for the user who just wants a reasonably simple IR loader (it's not that complicated but . . ) Certainly not worth the full price, and probably not even worth the intro price. I came, I saw, and I uninstalled.

lol, put the falMageddon in my cart and with the 60% discount it came to $121.53AU (full price of $303.82AU) I might grab 2 of them in case 1 doesn't work 😁 surely that can't be right 😨 now I got to give it a whirl, downloading now . . .

I tried some of their IR's, (they got a couple of free packs somewhere) they are IR's, nothing to make me want to stop using my RedWirez and Ownhammer stuff, but they were IR's. I might give the IR loader a go, mixIR2/3 can do all the mixing and exporting IR stuff, doesn't look as fancy as this here thingamabob. I've been doing this for 25 years plus, it has nothing to do with my signal chain, I know what I am doing, this new one, along with the other 2 Nembrini amps just don't do anything for me, quite the contrary. I'm well aware there are demo's available, it's only $29US, neither here nor there really. But as I said earlier, maybe one day I'll learn 😉 The first 2, BST100 and MRH810 I got rid of also for the price of License transfer ($25US), so not really that good a deal, as with this one only saves the buyer $4 on intro price, I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay anything close to full price for these amps. The Cali Reverb has been sold, I see Nembrini stuff for sale on regular occasions on KVR, so I'm not alone. Main thing is you like what you are using, you like the sound you get, doesn't mean squat what anyone else thinks, enjoy.

Doesn't do much for me, clean/lo/mid gain is ok, but pushing the gain higher sounds like faeces to my ears, and none of it sounds particularly 'amp like' or realistic, even with quality 3rd party IR's. It is better than the last 2, I sold them. Anyone want to pay the transfer fee for this? iLok transfer fee is $25, so you will only be saving $4 lol. I might be prepared to transfer the license before payment depending on who it is (ie no new comers with 1 post sorry, preferably someone who has been around the old forums etc that I recognise) then you can pay me via PayPal. ***SOLD*** Oh well only $29 (about $45AU), maybe one day I will learn.
