  1. Also check in the keyboard you have your pedal connected. Some of them store presets then it takes just changing a preset to get such results. And yeah, typical sustain pedal can't even send continuous data, just on/off, could be you are using standalone pedal (board)? They can store presets as well.
  2. I don't plan to buy Collection 3, I'm fine with what I got now. Would just appreciate the latest versions in my account. Have sent email to support and took the opportunity to mention the bug in latest M1 and Wavestation. Thanks, I didn't know that. That's strange policy to me. I told them I'm not using Software Pass for a reason, let's wait and see what they say in response.
  3. I like your way of thinking... but that's exactly what I said, "I looked up in my korg account" (registered on 2019.03.blah...) guess I will have to shoot an email to support, hope it's not that I stay on the collection #1 and they want me to pay for collection #3 to give access to their latest development
  4. I looked up the downloads in my korg account and the latest versions I can find there are max 2.2.0 for most plugins of the bundle. Nothing like 2.3.0 or 2.3.1... is that not what others see? And the paths to all windows versions have all 'mac' in them, ie: https[blahblah].korg.com/korgms/korg_collection/mac/[pluginsname]_2_2_0.zip Is that one of these companies that hardly acknowledge there is this operation system other than 'mac', called windows by some?
  5. Indeed there was a bug introduced in latest VST3 version of M1 (2.3.2) and Wavestation (2.3.1). Don't know about the others from the bundle. Hopefully someone will report back here on the deals forum once they will fix it.
  6. Not the first time it's happening in my products account.
  7. The great guys at zero-g have taken care of me! 👍
  8. Hopefully they will respond in time. They left me with up to 24h wait on the chat popup.
  9. Yeah I'm getting an impression like some of their walkthroughs are even better than the actual product
  10. Safe to install? no new bugs introduced? thx
  11. They made the price right, then they've screwed it up with 22GB of size🤦‍♂️. Should be 220MB.
  12. My upgrade price to the whole bundle was around $140 for the last couple years. It was something like $68-$69 when it was on sale 50% off once. I had nothing in the wallet at that time. They never came back with that offer. Now it's $399 for the same upgrade😭. Will have to keep using alternatives.
  13. And now the upgrade price went up guess I'll be missing the whole bundle for longer now
  14. That was the sale on upgrades I missed miserably. They don't want to do any upgrade sales since, shame.
  15. They are asking for creating a passport, it's just me? Typically I used to just login so this kind of change makes me cautious. Anyone?
  16. Just dropped an item into cart. Now I can call it a day
  17. how do you save as sonar file, you mean to put it in user define mode? yes, you set it to user define mode or do ACT learn in Cakewalk not sure ACT will send feedback to the icon when you move things with the mouse, though
  18. Hi @Adam Casey, how are you getting on with the Platform? Any success with setting up?
  19. Just tried my newly arrived iCon Platform M+. Out of the box, the most basic functions like channel select, mute, solo, record, also volume and pan, are working fine. Most of the on side function buttons are also working, but 3 or 4 of them are giving me grief. The Loop On/Off button is working in Mackie Universal and Cubase mode, but not in Cakewalk mode. It sends MIDI note 86 (D6). The Mixer button is sending note 84 (C6). In Cakewalk and Universal seems to do nothing (or I'm missing the action), and in Cubase mode it acts as the left arrow button on pc keyboard causing quite unwanted results, so I started avoiding Cubase mode from now on. The Write (enable?) button, again, is doing nothing in Cakewalk mode, and in both Universal and Cubase modes is causing the mouse pointer to do the spin-wheel cursor shortly. The MIDI note it sends is 75 (D#5)... God, I wish I knew what is happening during the short spin wheel (hopefully nothing like undo/redo or saving). Finally, pressing the jog wheel sends MIDI note 101 (F7). Again, nothing happens. Is anybody able to tell me what are these 4 MIDI notes, mentioned above, doing in either of the 3 Mackie modes? Very grateful for any info. Overall, the gear seems cheerful. Shame it won't play perfectly in neither of the 3 modes. Putting it into user mode could be a solution but then I'm loosing high resolution on the faders, they will only do 128 steps. Think I'm staying on Universal as it's the best compromise between 'unwanted'/'non-working'. For anything more aspiring I think AZcontrol is necessary.
  20. Is Fame Studio Reverb bringing anything new to the Sunset Studio Reverb, apart from a different vibe?
  21. Thanks. Sounds more like a trade off than a solution
