  1. Thank you for your reply, I have understood. I think this is a basic feature that desperately needs to be added, and the absence of this feature causes Cakewalk to not properly reflect the interval relationships in music theory. I hope it will be added in the near future. In addition, thank you for your detailed notes and continued attention to the issue.
  2. As shown , writing midi in Cakewalk can display pitch names, but the pitch names seem to be fixed and cannot be adjusted for pitch. For example, in the D natural major scale, I want to change D♭6 to C#5, what should I do?
  3. Thank you for your reply. It was just a general delay in replying and has been resolved.
  4. [Solved and Deleted] Hello. I've been emailing the support team about a bug in CbB for a while now, but since some time I've stopped receiving replies (including autoresponder emails) and I've checked spam to make sure I haven't received anything back. Even resending new emails has been equally unhelpful. Can you tell me what has happened? Can you help me?
  5. The bottom border is not displayed correctly after dragging. video.mp4
  6. PC2ALevelingAmplifier_64.dll wasn't installed correctly. The bug has been confirmed and can be reproduced stably.
  7. Hey! @In A Week Thanks for getting back to me! Just now, I found the real cause of the problem! I'll explain it in detail in the main text.
  8. Hello, sorry for the reply after a year. I had the same problem as you. And it doesn't work even if I cleanly install the Cakewalk. As far as I can tell, this seems to be caused by a missing dll file in :\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\Internal\PC2ALevelingAmplifier. And there are many people who have lost this dll, which I think is more likely the result of an installer error. Until now, the cause of the problem has been found, but it has not been fixed yet. If you are interested in this issue. Please click here.
  9. @msmcleod - Hello, here are my additions. 1. I contacted some other users (in the same country as me) and they all had the same problem, is it possible that the file download was interrupted due to the network environment in different countries? I'm pretty sure the problem isn't just happening to me. (But when I use VPN to download and install, the problem remains the same.) 2. Can I ask stuff to personally clean install Cakewalk to debug it?
  10. [Supplementary] I will provide VstScan.log and VstScanSandbox.log. VstScan.log VstScanSandbox.log
  11. @msmcleod - my anwsers: 1. Only Windows Defender. I turned off Windows Defender while downloading and installing Cakewalk and no files were deleted as viruses. And after I put in PC2ALevelingAmplifier_64.dll by myself, everything works fine. 2. No. I have never used OneDrive.
  12. Hey! Thanks for your reply! You brought up a possibility that I never considered. But unfortunately, I checked the file directories and there are no folders that are compressed. In fact, in :\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\Internal\ we have "PC2ALevelingAmplifier", "StBoost", "StPX64", "StTL64", "StVX64", and many other folders. Almost all of them contain a "Resources" folder and a .dll, but in the "PC2ALevelingAmplifier" folder, I only have a "Resources" folder (which contains some bmp files related to PC2A Leveler), and the .dll is missing. I think the installer must have tried to install the program, but for unknown reasons it didn't work, or the "PC2ALevelingAmplifier_64.dll" was not properly included in the installer.
  13. Feedback about missing PC2ALevelingAmplifier_64.dll in Cakewalk 2022.11. As there is too much text, please click here.
  14. I take back my words. You inadvertently told me the right reason! Thank you so much! [The old reply] The post is too old and has been closed for me to reply. Until now, Cakewalk has been updated for several versions, but the problem persists. Incidentally, I didn't run the installer in English either, but I don't think that's the problem.
  15. Thank you for your reply. Due to copyright protection, I cannot share the dll with you myself, but I can share the download link that the support team gave me. Incidentally, do you know how to give effective feedback? All along, the support team just let me clean install Cakewalk. but I think this is actually a bug in Cakewalk itself.
