  1. Thanks for that! I really miss being able to see Walter in small clubs (his "home" bar was a place called Perks right at the Huntington Beach pier in Southern California)...
  2. I'm getting Hee Haw flashbacks. ๐Ÿ™‚
  3. I'll definitely be checking that out later! Thanks!
  4. Three pretty boys and a guitarist... ๐Ÿคฃ
  5. What Bob said! I've had several times in my life where something I enjoyed doing became an income source, then work, and then lost it's fun so I stopped. Life's short enough as it is, take a break and you may find yourself drawn back to making music again. Or, this might give you the time and space to discover something new entirely!
  6. Isn't that two too many? ๐Ÿค”
  7. Just don't use those coffees together or you'll wipe out the whole Community? ๐Ÿ˜‚
  8. And this one just came up in my YouBoob feed! Some solos from that "other Craig" (who was also my guitar teacher and very short-time bandmate!). ๐Ÿ™‚
  9. Q: Where's scook? A: Nobody knows... ๐Ÿ˜
  10. Found this featuring my buddy Walter! Interesting line-up too. I wondered if I would still see him playing after Jimmy (the bass player) died and he had his own health issues. Guess I shouldn't have been too worried, eh? ๐Ÿ™‚
  11. Ok, I think we have a winner. That one scrambled my brain! There's been a few on here that make me shake my head, but I can at least kind of guess the concept. Not so much here! Dayamn! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ With all those hammer-ons, maybe the bass player should have been playing a Chapman stick to match!
  12. Paul would be a kick to hang out with! Just noticed the magnetic slide holder! I was like "Hey! Where'd it go???" and had go back and see what he did with the slide. Great idea!
  13. Never seen an intentional 5-string acoustic guitar before! (In this case a Taylor.) ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
  14. Nope! Heck, with all due respect to the Reverend, I preferred your solo Kenny! No, the only mistake was a missing "h" in the word "Rhythm" in your title! ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  15. Soundgarden - Fell On Black Days
  16. Me likey! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘ Heck, I only spotted one error during the whole video! ๐Ÿ˜œ (And that one was before you started playing! ๐Ÿคฃ)
  17. I had a bad acid reflux problem, usually in the middle of the night (one reason for not drinking coffee after noon) however... I discovered that the LAST thing you want to do is try to neutralize the acid! The issue is actually the opposite! You need to ADD acid during your meal so the food gets digested properly. In my case, I started having what amounts to about a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (a.k.a., ACV) in about eight ounces of water after every meal. At first the taste made me wince, but now I don't even notice! Oh, and I haven't had acid reflux ONCE since I've been taking ACV! Well, there was one time, but that was the one and only day that I had forgotten to take my ACV! What a difference!!! Side-note: That mug is from the first rock and roll album that I ever owned! ๐Ÿ™‚
  18. *Pfft!* Heck, you might outlive me Dave!
  19. I still enjoy coffee, but no longer have any after noon. Then I also switch to tea (I've got around 14 types to choose from! ๐Ÿ˜†). One side-note, for any of you who have started including fasting into your life (which I had to a few years ago due to some health issues), The Earl Grey shown above is the one you want to be drinking while fasting. It includes bergamot which helps a lot during a fast. Oh,(another side-note!), if you get any "jolt" from drinking coffee, it actually means that you haven't been sleeping correctly! Once that's corrected (I even have a course I can put online if anyone's interested), you can actually drink coffee and go right to sleep if you needed to (not recommended though since it can cause acid-reflux). . . That said, I may have to check the rules to see if it's ok to be in the Coffee House wearing a tea-shirt... ๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ˜œ
  20. They are MUCH better today than they were just a few years ago! I still don't have a real video card for my newest i9 screamer (wonderfully put together by Jim Roseberry here! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘), I'm just using the on-board graphics. When I was doing IT consulting for a few years right before the C0VID scam killed that employment and two side businesses, we couldn't even buy a lame video card for a client for less than around $2,000! I went to a Best Buy one afternoon and saw a line of people milling about outside . When I asked what was up I found out that they were going to be camping there all night so they could be first in line to buy a video card the next day when the store opened because some were finally arriving! WTF??! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ This was all due to crypto-miners. Although my on-board graphics can power my 40" 4k monitor for work stuff (albeit with visible glitching from time to time), I certainly can't do any high-end video processing or play games with it... Oh, and I have a wealthy friend who bought a high-end PC online two years ago so he could live-stream on YouTube. When it had an issue (because one of the included hard-drives was a repurposed security drive that had failed - yes, he got scammed!), I found out he had paid $3,400 for just the video card with the entire rest of his computer costing him $2,900. I recommended him to Jim here (ironically his name is also Jim), but he chose to just replace the parts that weren't up-to-spec instead.
