  1. What's a key (other than Am) and why would I want to change it? I'll (definitely) get me coat.
  2. Yeah, I wasn't on here much yesterday. ?
  3. 79 years old. 4 degrees of separation for me. My ex-wife made a "sugar free" cake in the shape of a computer for him and the request of his wife Gayle Moran, whom my ex-wife was friends with through mutual friend of Gayle's.
  4. Probably one of the subconscious reasons I never took to either of them. The console was cool, but now we have that in any DAW software program ?
  5. When I mix BJZ songs, I use quite a different toolset than if I mix, say, a Forum Monkeys song, It's the blessing and the curse of being a billy-O when it comes to buying VSTs.
  6. Nope, Ed a Daddy. And, Ed a Grand Daddy too.
  7. He shoots, he scores. Makes it about music.
  8. I applaud you for being able to remember 4 years ago.
  9. The two Eds should do an air drumming battle.
  10. Not right now. Our air is exceptionally clean. Once things open up more, that's a horse of a different story.
  11. So that I can relax in the studio.
  12. For free? No. For hire? Airgigs
  13. Sad day Mark. My condolences.
  14. Possibly subtle influences on mu guitar playing were many country stars that my father listened to: Roy Acuff Hank Williams Sr. Chet Atkins Buck Owens Case in point: In my 8th grade cover band our lead guitar player said I strummed guitar like a cowboy. Shortly after that I switched to bass.
  15. Influence, imo, generally informs ones style and approach. Yet many of the things I loved listening to did not necessarily inform my style (at least consciously). My listening "range" my not be very wide compared to Pedro or CraigB but for me it was somewhat diverse over the years. The Beatles (and much of the English Invasion) Genesis/Gentle Giant/Yes/Tull Joe Pass Return To Forever Ray Charles Hendrix Cream (and all of the spinoffs) Chicago/Blood Seat and Tears Stevie Wonder Elvis Zappa Edgar/Johnny Winter Primus ELO .... and so much more, that's a just a small sample.
  16. Same Birthday as one of my step-sons. Feb 11th, but not 1964 obviously.
  17. Good thing you added imo or I'd have to unfriend you. Wait, I'm not really on FakeBook.
  18. You should have plugged it in to the charger. DOH! ?
