This should only be a temporary measure while new tax regimes are implemented but if there are any deals you have your eye on it may be an idea to act quickly.

I have been having fun with a combination of the Rubicon oscillator and the Moog filter.  I also set up a 4 VCO Minimoog like setup.  Substituting the Moog envelope generator lets you Moog filters and oscillators with a full ADSR envelop (or two).

 

Exact , i do also think that modular users would benefit more than regular , i tried it in modular and as soon as i got a little complex , the cpu hit is outrageous ... if you build a whole production auround this , maybe but as a sound among plenty others , this leaves few rooms for other synth power ...

Precision , not the best bang for the buck , but the most enjoyable / ilpacting /satisfaying ...

Notice that while we have hell of softwre deals around , i see that HW purchase , not only common but this seems to give a certain satifaction factor tha software might not be able to ?!

I think it s one of my few buying remorse here , it sounds superb but i don t find myself using it as much as i thought , àd when i tasted the uad moog filter possibiliter , the softube one looks like middle age implementation wise ...i might sell it as welll ...

Lol it made me feel a bit bad for this dude I saw on Facebook posting about how proud he was for scoring MPS4 for $500, down from $1000. It was a reminder that a lot of folks still don't know about the great deals you can get even just from JRR and Everyplugin et al, let alone the crazy private deals that can be had on kvr. I'm talking about the guys who are still buying their plugins from Sweetwater, paying full price PLUS tax.

well. thanks to this thread. i managed to get it working. i unplugged the external audio interface. started up AT 5, and let it default back to the built in audio card. then plugged the external one back in and switched the output in the settings. now it seems to be working okay. tried a reboot. all seems well. hmm.. so this software is too dumb to figure out the interfaces have changed on it.

The software is not to dumb, it s italian , it only listens to "la mama!!"  Ciao !!!

Guyz today i wanted to use it as an FX for sounds , how do you handle on a sound that is stereo from start ? like this ? by bypassing amps and cabs  ? no other method ?

Grem i hear this debate again and again about the cab driver , thing is if people keep using cheap or small monitors , hell yeah it will never be the same , try those amp sim in mains in a big studio or even on stuff like my 2108 (quested) it will drive some serious air !!

Great question , for me it could but i m not a gtr player ... but as a playground its the champion , and as a post prod tools also ... if i was a gtrvplayer i guess uad unison techology and amp'offering is the right choiçe .

Just imagin At 5 going uad with unison for each amp !! Woah ... with the right ilpedance this coukd get us even closer ...

Tied color copy , vahala delay ect as if you guyz remeber , wanted a fast and great sounding delay ...and to my syrpirse no one proposes independant volume for delays R/L , not even a balance ... while echo boy and even waves old supertap does ,

mcdsp also does it and the bbp one (red) sounds superbe ...

So I finally purchased the AT5 from JRRShop.
It was cheaper as I payed in $ instead of EUR.
AT5 is now there in my products finally. Thanks to the giant leap for mankind that IK took, it took me 2 days to buy the software with cash in card and got AT5 instead of Max. 
I'll see how the UX is before I spend on Max. Right now Upgrade shows me full $299 if I want to upgrade from AT5 to AT5 Max which is stupid as its equivalent to buying a new software and not upgrading.
Hope they get their UX sorted, both web and AT app because it's bad.

Have fun , it's really a superb release , the more i use it the more i love it ... if IK would have released that like a year agao , i don't think i would have spent so much on 3rd party amps including neural , stl and PA (ampegs) , i think half of those would have been skipped ....

Personnaly i do think limiting option is better and learning well a tool makes a hudeg diffrence, you're good with AT5 , learn it well and get add ons when sales comes (like orange , fender , ampeg ) ect ..it's usually cheap as 49 $ druing heavy sales /... max is also an option but wait until it goes 149 $ (usually tha price even lesss at jrrshop and other shop sometime , Larry will makes us notified as usual !!)

Their UX ? shuuuuttttt don't let Larry start a fire about that lol !!!
