  2. You won't be sorry. It's a cool program and comes with some midi files.
  3. That makes EZkeys midi useless. EZkeys really shines with it's browser and song builder.
  4. Midi files can be dragged from the EZkeys plugin to a DAW, At that point they're regular midi files.
  5. That's a cool program, it sucks that it's subscription now.
  6. The major difference that I see is the built in time line and song creator in EZdrummer. I have almost everything AD2 has to offer but for quick ideas and jamming EZdrummer seems handy. The integration AD2 has with Addictive Trigger brings a lot of value if your in to drum replacement.
  7. This seems like 'no brainer' territory for EZdrummer2, no? I have EZ keys and EZ bass, I like the song builder component of the EZ line. I'm hoping I can do this without going down another rabbit hole chasing drums!
  8. Those are the prices I get when I log in. I have Syntronik Deluxe now. I'm not sure if they're upgrade or crossgrade.
  9. I know I don't 'need' this but I'm tempted to get S2 Max for a C note with Jam points!
  10. Addictive Trigger is awesome and the fact that it utilizes samples from AD2 makes it an incredible value. If I had one feature request for AD2, it would be to implement a song builder like EZ Drummer, EZ keys, EZ Bass, etc.
  11. https://www.pro-tools-expert.com/production-expert-1/2020/5/25/celemony-melodyne-5-released-with-improved-melodic-algorithm This covers it pretty well. The ability to work on multiple tracks at once in the studio version is also quite useful.
  12. Other than the Wife's birthday, no. I'm sure she'll understand. ?
  13. Can I use gear credits and/or jam points for that? ?
  14. For what it's worth, I was kind of being a smart ***** because of another thread. You are correct that Slate Digital Trigger 2 and Steven Slate Drums 5 will both run without a dongle. I'm also a little bitter and feel like Slate abandoned long time perpetual users by not updating all of their plugins to machine authorization. I'm anti-subscription and won't be buying any more Slate products that require a dongle.
  15. Oh man, this is really gonna pith the wife off! ?
  16. That screen shot is from my iLok manager. The only Slate product I have that offers software ( non-dongle ) authorization is Trigger 2. I would be a happy camper if I could do away with the dongle all together.
  17. My strategy is to keep as much of my hard earned money as possible. I'll try not to be too impulsive and pick up some true 'no brainers.'
  18. Warning Will Robinson........... an iLok dongle is required for Slate perpetual licenses. The wife may get pithed off when she finds out!
  19. I have everything that was offered in the group buy, any idea what to do with my remaining 8 choices at the $50 level?
