Read all about it here...

I got Royal for that purpose and it has worked out pretty well. You could try the demos of each one and see which works for you.

Just had an email from Presonus. It's a free update for Notion 6 owners. Read more here... https://blog.presonus.com/index.php/2020/07/07/notion-6-7-now-available/

My initial impression with Instachord was wha!?!?!?? Then after watching a couple of videos including the one posted by Hillmy I got to quite like what you can do with it. Of course YMMV. Then again I do kind of collect these type of plugins - anything to help stimulate ideas. At $10 it's not much of a gamble and you can always try the demo if you're not sure.

Groove3 and Eli Krantzberg didn't waste any time https://www.groove3.com/tutorials/Studio-One-5-Explained

Thanks. I had to create a BR account first and login after activating the account. Maybe try contacting their support Simon? There also seem to be some other freebies in my BR account; The Canary, Cypress TT-15 and VHL-3C.

I have used one for years and find it pretty good. The main issue is as you get towards the nut it gets a bit tight on the fretboard. It's not amazing but it does remove debris from the strings. I also use GHS Fast Fret and if I had to choose between them I would rather keep Fast Fret.

Probably worth it for PadShop 2 alone. @huskerI have the PadShop Pro upgrade, do you know if PadShop 2 includes all of the Padshop Pro upgrades? Thanks

This has been updated to 1.2.2 - not sure what the changes are. Any ideas @Richard Portelli ? Available from your account.

It was the separate license thing that worried me. As long as it's the same process as when I went from 9 to 9.5 then it doesn't bother me.
-
The previous version was actually pretty good but I wish they would separate the samples from the core program so that you didn't need to download 700Mb for every update.
-
Wasn't aware of that, where did you find that out?

Same for me. I still have a few DAWs to choose from although Cakewalk is my first choice. I watched an SWA course on Cubase a while back and then didn't use it for a few months after doing the course ?. Although I keep seeing features which make we want to try it again (e.g. automatically make harmony vocals from a single vocal track).

Been waiting for this for a while. Time to update? https://new.steinberg.net/promotion/cubase-updates-upgrades/

I wanted a Vocoder for a project a while back and got Vocalizer Pro cheaply but quickly gave up on it (I found Waves Morphoder much better or more recently Ovox). It can be quite flakey e.g. when I try to load a chord pad it bombs out. FWIW there's this user guide or there's this Groove3 video made by Eli Krantzberg https://www.groove3.com/tutorials/Vocalizer-Pro-Explained
