The choruses and harmonies were recorded on a good voice day and the verses were done on a poor voice day. 😁 If a a good day rolls around again I may go back and re-record the verses, but since it's just all for the fun of it, I probably won't. 🤪 Thanks for listening and thanks for your feedback!

An exceptionally good cover! The instruments were beautifully done and the arrangement was amazing. Your vocal tone is so similar to McCartney that I had to stop and check to see if I hit a wrong link. The mix is lush and pristine. Fantastic job on one of my favorite Beatles songs!

Great riffs, hot solos, a mad bass line, cool lyrics, a bouncy melody with words of doom and hope intertwined, and a complete book on how every single religion thinks the world will end. Did I miss anything? This was great, Steve, especially liked the guitar solo and the vocal melody.

Update: I took the great advice offered here and posted a new mix. I worked a bit on the lead guitar tone and tamed the drum buss some. I also tweaked the bass tones quite a bit and tamed the reverb somewhat. The link below points to the new mix. -- Well, folks, it's been a rough year with not much room or inclination for music. My voice has't completely gone, it's raspy and sounds like I have a severe case of laryngitis. The classic old man gravelly hoarse thing. At least I can still order a coffee! And because I have something like a voice there's hope. Thanks for the encouragement!
