I think it's after you purchase the GK. I'll see if I got an email or anything...

I've been watching for years and they're never on any sort of decent sale. I got the EQ550 as a freebie a few years ago when it came out and quite like it. I found the EQ84 on a one off sale at Time & Space, I think. But nothing else that I've found that gets their price point below my pain threshold. But I'm cheap. Same with Breverb 2. I have the CW freebie and like it a lot, but I've given up looking for a decent sale on that one too. Now there's way too many other good reverbs for cheaper...

Originally Bapu was offering his iLOK 2 for whoever wanted them. A part of the title when I PMed him said "Gone Baby Gone". Now it looks like he has changed the title to just that with nothing about the iLOKs. No wonder you're confused!
-
PM sent... ? --- edit --- So I guess "gone baby gone" means you already gave them away? ?
-
In case anyone is hoping for a last ditch chance at these, as of this post, 10:30am EST, it was still up at https://store.solidstatelogic.com because I just bought them...
-
That's a pretty good price, but it was a TOTAL no-brainer $79 bucks around Xmas which is when I picked it up. ?

Interesting and informative article. Hey, I see he's got a FREE Delay plugin, so it looks like a "deal" to me! ? https://adammonroemusic.com/free-delay-vst/delay-vst-free.html

Oh oh! I just heard the "duplicate post" police siren go off! ? (No judgements here, I had to go back FOUR pages to find it!)

Cough! MSpectralDynamics... (cough cough) ?

I had been watching it f-o-r-e-v-e-r and they have only recently put it on sales. As @Fleer says, it does what it says. But I'd like to give a special "big up" because it is so no-nonsense and easy to use. Great plugin!

Sweet! Thanks! ---- edit ---- Also Arturia Analog Lab Lite for free too!

To be clear Lars, my "click-bait" comment was directed at the contents of the email I received - NOT at you. You simply posted the same thing as the email. No harm no foul.
-
I was thrilled when I got the email, then started reading. It's not "FREE for 100 days". It's a "100 day demo"... ? Click-bait. Bah hum bug.
-
You can buy it for $39 as per Larry's first post. Then I used a $25 Loyalty Voucher to bring it down to $14. PA sends out the Loyalty Vouchers at the beginning of the month, the amount depends on how much you buy from them in the last 6 months or something. (?) I'm cheap. I've only ever got a $25 voucher. @Grem I went for a bit not getting one either. I had thought because I hadn't bought from them for a while. (?) Not sure how they determine things honestly...

I've been watching for a sale on that one and keep meaning to demo it. I've got a couple of Audiority plugins. They're top notch! I like the UI on the Pulsar one the best though.
-
Yeah, that one sounded great too. I kind of have "why didn't I get that?" remorse on that one. If it had been $14 though, I would have! ?
-
I'd guess "yes" but I'm not positive. I won't be at my DAW until tonight to check...
-
Oui! And they're tre$ cher... ? Smasher is good. Because of that, I demoed the MU and liked it perfectly fine, but just couldn't pull the trigger to buy it. Echorec looks pretty great too, but I recently picked up the T-Racks Tape Echo and kind of scratched that itch.
-
There's something special about this one. When I demoed it, it immediately gave me a nice full, round tone. Then I quickly got lost in the tweakability of this thing. REALLY impressive! $39 -$25 loyalty voucher = $14.99 This was an insta-buy for me!

They've recently gotten rid of the dongle requirement for the iLok, so the Calriphonic is now high on my wish-list... I use the Omega N and the TWK all the time. REDDI too.
-
Thanks! That's good to know, because there is a $10 VAT on top of the $49 price at the SSL website. (Making a mental note to start checking prices at Sweetwater. They might even price match too...)

His was a long full life, he made his mark on the world, and he left it respected and loved. You can't ask for much more. R.I.P. ?

Super useful and reasonably priced plugin! +1

Yes, the documentation is lacking and the plugins can sometimes seem counter-intuitive. One thing they do have going for them though is that they are modular, meaning that once you figure out a particular set of functions, say the multi-band features (MB) for example, it's lather rinse and repeat for any of the plugins that have that feature, which would be any of them suffixed with "MB" in this example. And honestly, I have to gear up and get ready to go to school when I want to dive into one of the plugins and really learn it. There is a learning curve for some of the plugins for sure. But they are top quality.
