  1. Melodyne 5 Assistant! ...and Studio One Pro 5 upgrade. Why? I've NEVER seen either of those cheaper than what Larsey pointed us to! Sorry, I can't pick just one. And thanks again Lars!
  2. Good idea... We did just get 2 "air" freebies: the Slate air thingy and , what was the other one?... Oh, the Bertom Air Shelf!
  3. Am looking at the SSL G also... Absolute total insane NO-BRAINERS! Amazing that you get get these for LESS than $20!! Townhouse Buss Compressor: https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/bx_townhouse_buss_compressor.html Also Vertgo VSC-2: https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/vertigo_vsc-2.html How about the TE-100 vs Maag Audio EQ2? Anyone?
  4. I hope they pay him lots to demo this, because I want to buy it and I don't even play! Very impressive! Simon AND the sound of the piano...
  5. It seems silly to say this but, their installer is really slick. It gives me confidence in the quality of their plugins. That, and PhasePlant has got to be one of my favorite named plugins/VIs... ?
  6. Merry Xmas all! Enjoy the time with your families and enjoy all the plugin deals you splurged on! And hey! 2020, this one's for you...
  7. I do: are you programming these BPB plugins yourself or commissioning a developer to produce your ideas? Just curious really. ...And THANKS again!

Yes, that looks like straight ahead HP correction software . There's also dearVR Monitor from Plugin Allince that does NO HP correction but had a bunch of different monitoring scenarios... Not very cost effective though. https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/dearvr_monitor.html

I hadn't heard of this before so i posted thinking, now I've found one Larry doesn't know about! Then I searched and found no less than FOUR other threads by Lars already! True story. ?

This is a new one to me. Was mentioned on another forum by a mixer who swears by it. https://www.dsoniq.com/ Anyone use this? A much more affordable alternative to Sonarworks and Slate VSX...
  13. My wife bought me an early b-day present this afternoon and a FREE HOF Lex967 Reverb. She's the best! With Melodyne Assistant on BF and now THIS, I hope Santa brings you something extra special this year! ?
  14. You can use the code as many times as your credit card can handle! Only 1 per purchase however...
  15. At Best Service with Lars' code! Only $4 to go! F' yeah! You rock Lars! ?
  16. This just came up on my phone. I was going to make a NEW post, but look what I found. This is old news evidently...
  17. Oh! You big tease you... It's still a pretty good deal AND a freebie to boot. The PB freebie of the month has stolen me away from AudioDeluxe. AD needs to up their game! It's $104 on Presonus too. Like you other guys though, I'm still in over my head with S1v4. But you know, v5 DOES have new GUIs for their native plugins! ? I'm thinking I'll wait until after Xmas and see what pops up...
  18. To pick up from an earlier thread regarding MDrumReplacer (Only $35 intro pricing) - it is indeed included in the MMixingFXBundle! So you may want to consider an upgrade to that bundle if you're thinking about MDrumReplacer and maybe some other plugins... Check yer Melda account for 1/2 off upgrade pricing!
  19. No doubt there will be "upgrade" pricing... Well, there should be. Regardless, this one is worth picking up anyway.
  20. Don't forget to check the other bundle upgrades while you're there. Also, someone was asking over on KVR - there might be an upgrade path from MTurboCompLE (FREE with purchase this month from PluginBoutique) to MTurboComp FULL. I'm not sure HOW it will work, but definitely worth checking into. I can't check because I already own it, but...
  21. I tried it out on a mix last night, an electric guitar bus. I scrolled through presets and A-Bed until I settled on the one I liked, then adjusted the threshold and went with it. I actually liked it pretty well. Honestly though, I really don't have a strong impression (yet) one way or the other. I'm going to have to read the manual to see how to use "high /low bleed" which are just fancy names for an internal side-chain - I think. I'm also a little disappointed the Knee graph doesn't also show the input signal like the Melda comps do. Although it does have a neat Input/Output display. I'm sure it will certainly be a perfectly usable comp - and $20 is hard to beat - especially from the company that makes the hardware. However, I've really barely used it so YMMV. But I'll give it a ? for $20. Only a tiny bit of buyer's remorse...
  22. It's been crazy. I'm exhausted. I've even stopped even looking at some of these freebies! I'm not even tempted to try and keep up on that 30 some odd page IK thread or drop in to complain. I used to get annoyed at "full Kontak required", but now I"m like, "oh good riddance"! What's the matter with me??
  23. Same issue and thinking the same thing too...
  24. Insta-buy for me! I picked up the X-saturator in Oct for $19 too and it's pretty pretty good! Native SSL FROM SSL baby! I can't wait to try this out tonight.
