They do. I got the V Collection upgrade for $99 a few years ago. I think the trick is to wait until they have added enough new products into it. Personally, I find the Arturia product line completely different than IKM Syntronick. They don't compare. Arturia is a clear attempt to emulate the sounds and usability of those vintage synths and add some new functionality to allow you to use them easier and better. The work they did on the CMI is mind blowing. The Syntronik product is sampled vintage synths packaged into Sampletank sort of. They sound more in your face and modern samples of vintage synths .. but also sound like a departure from the vintage vibe of the old synths.Still. $13 for the upgrade is a great deal. I am not sure I use them enough to justify the disk space.

The HD is worth it IMO. Back when I got KU 12 I was so glad I didn't have to download the whole thing. You just plug in and install and it just applies patches from Internet. I also got the freebie from T&S but never bothered to install it. Not worth the time and effort.

mostly cinematic stuff. my upgrade price is $195. I sort of pieced together the stuff I wanted from other sources and it cost less. I have no need for the new cinematic stuff.

I agree. its a lot of stuff. I am still working my way through it. But I am all stocked up on NI. Waiting (hoping?) for some decent deals from Time ad Space on Fabfilter or maybe Dust Bundle.

i have yet to get into this. i use Cubase chords pads and logical midi editor mostly for making sense of arranging. does scaler add anything of value that isn't in DAW?
