    No sound

Please start your own thread instead of hijacking this one, as your concern is totally unrelated.
  2. Some people just can't be happy unless they have something to be unhappy about....
  3. Start here: https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4ylp_4AhfKtyYYRWyp9B4v2CLm32__9P And here: https://www.sweetwater.com/c695--USB_Audio_Interfaces
  4. And data mining.... They probably make way more money off your personal information than the subscription.
  5. And now for something completely different. This is about as far from Doomsday Prophecy as I can get. Character sketch of a sweet, perceptive, and curious little girl. Done with Spitfire's Intimate Strings, Zhillouette Strings for HaLion and IK's Brandenburg Piano.
  6. This won't help you with this project, of course, but I have everything written out in notation before I ever start recording.
  7. You will eventually kick yourself for not installing a sound you "didn't need."
  8. You're not gonna like hearing this, but you're probably gonna have to pry your wallet open. First off, both of those interfaces are legacy products for which W10 drivers are not available. Strike one. For best performance, you need to be using ASIO drivers. ASIO generally only allows one audio device at a time. There are a few companies whose drivers allow you to use multiple interfaces because they present them to Windows as one. As far as I know, it is only high end stuff that does this but they must be from the same manufacturer and share the same clock. M Audio isn't one of them. Strike two. Someone will probably come along suggesting various workarounds and Kludges. And you could spend days back-and-forthing and fiddle-farting around trying to get it to work or you could just make a call to Sweetwater.... To me, it wouldn't be worth the trouble. I like to do stuff the easy way.
  9. I'm on a mobile too, and on https://discuss.cakewalk.com/ I just scroll down and dang if it ain't right there
  10. Same, same. BandLab bought the intellectual property from Gibson & had to rename it. You're not looking very hard https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/forum/35-tutorials/
  11. Dang, you can't turn around on the internet without hitting about 5 million of them. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=drum+vst&t=fpas&ia=web
  12. Hell, for 15 bucks you can get a big chord book: https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Keyboard-Chord-Leonard-Corp/dp/0793551447 For free, you can find charts all over the internet.
  13. Here's a better idea: https://www.udemy.com/course/musictheory/ Maybe actually learn something instead of paying someone to spoon feed you ....
  14. http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=SoftSynths.01.html
  15. Well no wonder it doesn't work. We're trying to use compressed files formated for Mac on a Windows machine. Like I said: RTFM. With less than five minutes with the documentation no doubt supplied by the sample pack's developer, along with some basic computer knowledge, there would have been no need for this thread in the first place and the OP would have been happily making music more than a month ago.
  16. The OP is long gone, and this thread was long dead until some necromancer brought it back to life.
  17. I'm guessing that the OP is trying to use Softube's Console 1
  18. Most definitely. Naked women are very dangerous....
