On MacOS, you can create aggregate devices (supported by the OS). On Windows, it's not so simple (i.e. maybe, if you have identical devices using the same driver that has support for multiple devices, or you use one device just for input and the other just for output). https://gigperformer.com/docs/userguide/optionsaudiosetup.html

BTW, the Deskew version of Gig Performer installs: TH-U Gig Performer (guitar amp) Lostin70s BassDeluxe1 (bass amp) DevilSpring (spring reverb) HaNonB70 (organ) ModernDeluxe2 (guitar amp) Keysofthe70s (keys) ToneDeluxe2 (guitar amp) The PA version installs none of the above--it uses PA's plugins, so if you don't have the plugin, the template is broken. It may be worth installing the Deskew version to get the original templates. During the evaluation, I loaded all the templates and resaved them as gig files that I can load in the PA version. I find that the templates are a bit more developed (GUI-wise) than the PA templates (at least w.r.t. the global rack). Nevertheless, getting Gig Performer from PA was a great bargain (when I finally was able to snag it at $30.99). Much better than $199 direct from Deskew.

Thanks for the overview. So, how does it compare with Cherry Audio Voltage Modular and its ecosystem?

Likewise, I discovered I have it already. Finally looking at it now. Snap Heap looks like an effects rack like MixBox and Guitar Rig. It does seem well designed--with a fairly clean, functional, and spartan GUI (reminds me of Ableton Live). I've been learning about effects starting with AmpliTube and Guitar Rig in the context of guitar effects, but seeing how effects are used in SampleTank and Syntronik and then MixBox has helped me better understand the overall concepts. I find it useful to look at preset effects chains to learn how others are using the effects. Having another source of effects presets is great for education.

I’m contemplating using my Forever $29 voucher on Neoverb. Any thoughts on it? I already have PhoenixVerb, Excalibur, Nimbus, and R4 (but none are M1 Native).

Purchased SSSR expansion for $6.99. Going to play around with MixBox within Gig Performer hosting amp sims, and SSSR providing reverb.
-
If you already have MixBox and are trying to get SSSR expansion, use this link: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/index.php?A=mixbox-collection-sunset&R=INIT

I'm reading that those who bought the SSSR MixBox expansion pack got it unlocked in the iOS version as well. https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/comment/1095303/#Comment_1095303 Update: confirmed—SSSR now appears in MixBox iOS for me.

With the purchase of hardware, IK has been giving away free bonus software titles of your choice (all SE versions). I expect MixBox will be added to the list.

Depends on what you're looking for. I got the following, but I'm mainly looking for unique non high gain amps that aren't covered by AmpliTube and Amp Room. Faceman (Fender Bassman) Hivolt (Hiwatt) BG Extasy (Bogner) Voice DC30 (VOX AC30) Sound Master (Fender Tone Master)

I ended up picking up MTurboAmp. I just discovered that Melda has MConvolutionEZ which is their IR loader. Nice and simple since I'm just loading up IRs from OwnHammer. I'll give it a run to see if it'll replace my other IR loaders. Update: MConvolutionEZ is one of the few simple IR loaders that are M1 Native. It wins out for now.

Pretty good prices on the amp sims (especially the newer ones), after a $25 or $50 voucher.
-
Currently, only their newest plugins are M1 Native (Sigma, RVXX, Shibalba, The Crown, Duality Bass Studio, iQ505). I'm still waiting for them to update the older plugins, but it does seems they intend to update them (at least the ones still being sold).

$99 looks to be a good price. It comes pretty close to the 25% off I could find in the forum history. -

Are you using Mixbus or Mixbus 32C? Any thoughts on the plugins? I ended buying Mixbus 6 and Mixbus 32C 7 but haven't yet completed a project with either.
-
If you were wondering like I was, the latest version of Mixbus is 7.2, and the latest version of Mixbus 32C is 8.0.

Sunset Sound Reverb Collection Upgrade for MixBox $9.99, if you have T-RackS SSR.
-
M1 Native. Hooray. Looks like the last major holdout is T-RackS 5. ARC and Lurssen are still not but I don't expect them to get any updates soon.
-
Thanks. Purchased.

Thanks for the heads up. Oh, how I wish the PA installer would keep track of what’s installed so only out of date plugins are downloaded and installed.

I believe the OP meant that the discount code doesn't work with Deskew Gig Performer 4 UNLOCKED.
